Customers were all so frustrated they were getting out of their car to go talk to him or knock on the door of the office. This made everything worse. I am not blaming this employee. He was great. What is he supposed to do being a 1 man show?!! This review is for WalMart management (who likely don't care a whit about my piddly review). Wal Mart, you make oodles of money- can't you staff this pickup better?!?!! It's obviously profitable for you. Sheesh. I was also very frustrated by the inability to communicate with anyone in this superstore to express the fact that this guy needed help and that the wait time was ridiculous. I called the pickup helpline several times. No answer. I phoned nearly every department on the store line: operator, Human Resources, pharmacy, deli and even Wal Mart corporate. NO ONE ANSWERED. It was not at all a crazy time of day to call. And- if the store is open, you should be able to reach SOMEONE. Laughably, the corporate line just said you can take care of everything online- nope, not this. Wal Mart, I know you are a huge company and you can (and do) do what you want. You can control many things in a global economic way and so your prices are reasonable. That's why so many of us shop with you. THAT DOESN'T MEAN WE LIKE YOU.

The store mainly consists of clothing for men and women, but also has a limited range of home goods and pet items. I was impressed with the range of men's clothing with the section being as big as the women's. You can find lots of brands that are at a lower cost than they would be elsewhere where (though also maybe a season or two dated ...). In all I thought it was a decent store and I'd go back. You never know what kind of gem you might find. There were not too many people working at the store but those who were seemed friendly enough.

When you shop at TJ Maxx you pretty much always know what you get: a random variety of brand names and not-so-brand names items at a decent discount (items are prices below MSRP). The store has clothing, accessories, shoes, beauty products, and some housewares. I like finding unusual selections I most likely would not find elsewhere. Recently I purchased a hair serum/leave in conditioner that does wonders for my hair that I otherwise wouldn't have known about. :) The store is always clean and well organized and the associates could not be nicer and more pleasant and hard-working. There is ample parking in the plaza parking lot. I enjoy the seasonal items offered and enjoy perusing the shoe section as well. I have found some random pieces that make a nice addition to my house and wardrobe here. For example, back home we do NOT have high-end jewelry or even branded jewelry for that matter. They legit had GUCCI rings, necklaces, earrings and the best branded sunglass case I have ever seen at a secondhand distributor store. I may have to visit a TJ Maxx each time I go on vacations now, just to see the different products logistically placed for each area's demographic. Starting 6 weeks ago I am now doing my grocery store shopping primarily HERE instead of very $$& Publix . We get fish meal poultry etc at Costco. The fresh fruit and fresh vegetables are very very good/ in almost perfect condition. The fresh chicken is also excellent . Have tried various sausages and they are great. Slowly trying their VERY fresh proteins. Organic Vital eggs are much better priced here too. Love Dave's 21 grain breads which have thicker bigger slices than Costco. Extremely healthy whole grain bread- - great toasted. Food sales here are VERY widespread and it is easier to stick to essential items here when food shopping than Publix ( too many temptations). Buy horizon organic milk, some frozen foods, etc. Weekly shop for a good amt of food for two is just $75!! This store is very clean and the customer service staff are EXCELLENT! The check out staff are wonderful calm gracious very warm and friendly . And staff throughout the entire store are SUPER helpful. There is always someone at the dressing rooms to help. I find after comparison shopping that I am doing 80% of our household items shopping at Target.com and shopping here plus Costco. We are able to keep on budget - - vital these days! Enjoy!
