While waiting to get into the bathroom the GM came out of nowhere and was so rude with us about not being able to take merchandise in the bathroom. When we were explaining that the employee told us to use the bathroom to try the clothes she started saying that she was the GM and had power over the other employees and that we couldn't try the clothes on. She was extremely rude and disrespectful to us and the employee. Never thought I'd deal with a rude GM at a Goodwill but here we are.

Obviously all returns to other big-box stores based on the stickers attached. RTV= Return to Vendor. The solar lights were dead and probably a year or more old, there were spider webs in them! (See photo) I was fooled by the "sealed" box. The j- boxes were missing the clamps, and the table had two broken pegs. I did spot the missing power cables on some LED stage lighting fortunately. I don't think the staff were even aware of the missing parts. When I Pointed this out to the staff they could care less. I'll know better next time. Still a great deal though for most other items but, CHECK ALL MERCHANDISE before getting to the register.

Lake Havasu really doesn't have many options when it comes to fashion, so I was surprised to see how well-stocked Maurices was. We visited the day before Christmas, so this place was poppin.' The store is filled with a selection of young-adult fashion, plus size, girls, and professional wear. They even have a section dedicated to upcoming holidays - despite my aversion to pink, the Valentine's Day selection was pretty cute. I ended up with leaving with no new jeans - sorry mom. But found a number of cold weather sweaters and jewelry pieces. This place is a great option for the locals and I'm happy to see it thriving.

It was so nice, clean, big selection & very well organized. I was overly impressed with it. This will be a must stop on my future trips to Havasu. I even told one of the employees here how impressed I was with this store. She informed me that it is a future training store for Dollar Tree employees. They even had self checkout too! In other words you cannot receive a voucher for your credit. You must shop for something else in the store the same day you are returning an item. Dollar Tree's return policy is the dumbest policy I have ever heard of. What stores have this policy?? In other words, Dollar Tree wants to make it difficult for the consumer to receive their money back. The dilemma I was having pertained to 110 dinner plates along with110 salad plates purchased for my daughter's upcoming wedding. Although the plates were from the same manufacturer the white colored plates varied in color. Some were bright white, while others were off white. Most of the plates were ordered online and when the online shipments could not accommodate the number of plates I ordered, I frequented several Dollar Tree's trying to match the different color variations. In addition to this issue, when the online orders were not delivered, I had to contact Dollar Tree's Corporate Office several times trying to receive a credit on my credit card for the items that were not in stock and never delivered In my opinion, Dollar Tree is the worst company to do business with and I definitely will not be shopping in any Dollar Tree store ever!!!
