On top of that I wasn't able to get them until almost 7pm even though they had them in their system for over a week. Although the delivery service person was very nice, so no points off for that. However, we were handed an 8 pack of donuts in a back from the handles. (vertical) I made a statement that they were donuts and the delivery person was caring and stated Albertson did not say anything about what was in the bag. Albertson not only did this, they provided us with 3 lbs of hamberger meat. This Hamberger was packed on the 6th and sell by the 7th. we got this order on the 8th. This meat was all brown inside and out. We were glad we did not order any other meat. The quality of the picking and handling of food was not to our standard and will not be using this store for groceries again.

Being New Years weekend and a day of nothing but football, I needed a break and came to the store. It took a lot to restrain myself from buying EVERYTHING! There were such fun, cute items ranging from cookware, home decor, and some neat ideas for gifting ... one day. I did say I restrained myself - but did come away with some small gifts for a friend's baby.

Man, this place has a bit of everything. Mirrors, bedding, rugs, lamps, kitchen stuff, Knick-knacks & much more. One of the places the Mrs like to go to get items at a reasonable price. She always seems to find a sweet deal that puts a smile on her face. I'm sure today will be no different. I'm told the store has been around since 1974. I don't believe they have an on-line presence for internet shopping, so they have to be doing something right to still have brick & motor stores up today. Racism, favoritism, horrible customer service!…read more I do not know what is wrong with the employees at this Hobby lobby. One day Barbara refused to document the prices correctly or give me an applicable discounts. I pointed it out and she straight refused. So I went back and worked with the manager and got refunded some of the money. The next day when we are there for more yarn, we have the horrible experience of being in Kari's line. She has a line of approximately eight people and the next lady that walks up to her is a black woman. She then puts the lane clothes on right in front of the black woman who says are you going to close after the people in line or right now to which she completely ignored her. Those people went to the back of the two open lanes. She then went and said hello and gave a big hug to a friend that was coming in and got immediately back on her lane. She did not take down the lane closure sign. She kept it up and then decided to take the next people in the two lines that were still open which were now 20 people long. When I got to the front of my lane, she said to me "I'll take you next" and I said no I need you to take the woman who you put the sign up in front because she's still at the back of the lane she had to go to . I called over the lady. Who said thank you and instead of taking her, Kari decides to walk away completely. When I said she needed to take the lady who she put the sign up in front of all she could do was huff and puff, and argue with me that this is not what she did. I was done called a "F***'ing Karen B****. All while a supervisor stood there and took inventory and did not intervene. The very nice gentleman who worked the register in my lane. FRANK advised that this is normal behavior and he was so sorry for our experience. I checked on the other lady as she came out and asked if she was OK and if she knew that person and she said "no, I've never been here before and I won't be back" Hobby lobby - I think you need to retrain this team. Put FRANK as a manager and get rid of the trash. We checked out on December 3, 2025 at approximately 4:15 PM in case anybody wants to check the tapes do their jobs and hold people accountable for their behaviors.

I even told one of the employees here how impressed I was with this store. She informed me that it is a future training store for Dollar Tree employees. They even had self checkout too! I did not realize when you make a purchase at Dollar Tree their return policy is store credit only…read more All of Dollar Tree's store policy, is you must shop for the amount of your purchase in order to receive credit for a return purchase. In other words you cannot receive a voucher for your credit. You must shop for something else in the store the same day you are returning an item. Dollar Tree's return policy is the dumbest policy I have ever heard of. What stores have this policy?? In other words, Dollar Tree wants to make it difficult for the consumer to receive their money back. The dilemma I was having pertained to 110 dinner plates along with110 salad plates purchased for my daughter's upcoming wedding. Although the plates were from the same manufacturer the white colored plates varied in color. Some were bright white, while others were off white. Most of the plates were ordered online and when the online shipments could not accommodate the number of plates I ordered, I frequented several Dollar Tree's trying to match the different color variations. In addition to this issue, when the online orders were not delivered, I had to contact Dollar Tree's Corporate Office several times trying to receive a credit on my credit card for the items that were not in stock and never delivered In my opinion, Dollar Tree is the worst company to do business with and I definitely will not be shopping in any Dollar Tree store ever!!!

Not only that but she was arguing with me about me calling the cup "YETI w/a straw," she said it was not a straw cup, it was a "sippy cup" she wanted to prove herself right and showed me a YETI rambler with a straw lid and said "this is a YETI with a straw." I am young but I am not ignorant. As a brown person, my biggest concern is that I can stand for myself, but not all of us and that makes my blood boil. Please do not be inconsiderate & racist. ACE is a great store but that is not acceptable. Do something about how you treat your customers especially those that don't look like you! ‍ No names, you know who you are. Be better
