Top and 2 working pants for my daughter. They have a section for pets needs too! I was able to purchase my dog a cushion for the crate... they had a variety of colors and sizes. The checkout line is always long, the dressing rooms are disgusting, and they treat you like you have already shoplifted them. Still I keep coming back because where else can you find a dress for under $20 and I can find a gift for anyone on my list here. This Ross was a pleasant surprise. I stopped in because my friend got me hooked on sparkly, inexpensive, and surprisingly comfortable sandals by Andiamo. I lucked out and they had a couple of pairs in my size. Unlike my past experiences with checking out, this was painless. This Ross seems to be a bit better than some of the others I have visited.

I placed an online fragrance order around 4:30 p.m. and later found out that orders placed after 3:00 p.m. are typically processed the next day. Since I live far away, I called the store hoping there might be a solution. Denise was incredibly understanding, professional, and eager to help. After listening to my situation, she took the initiative to see what she could do. A few minutes later, she came back on the line and let me know she was able to make an exception. Within minutes, I received my pickup confirmation email exactly as she promised and was able to pick up my order that same day. When I arrived, I made sure to thank Denise in person because service like hers is becoming increasingly rare. She went above and beyond, exceeded my expectations, and made me feel like a valued customer. Dillard's is fortunate to have someone like Denise representing its brand. Many big brand clothing and cosmetic companies throughout this store. While the wife was shopping for dresses I walked to the other side to the suit section and found a great selection on sale. The cotton sports coats were on sale for $205.00. The employee assisted me and tried on one of the coats which actually fit pretty well without the need of alterations. The color was not quite what I needed. I will continue to pop in here again to check the new inventory.

I was happy to find some items that they don't carry at the local Asian stores. When we were ready to check out, there were 3 people ahead of us and a line forming behind us. There were no employees at the registers and the self checkout registers had error messages so they couldn't be used. My husband found an employee who was restocking the shelves. Lol, my husband said that the employee didn't seem happy that he had to go up front. While the employee was ringing up the items, his coworkers started arriving. He mentioned to them that he was getting ready to clock out... no wonder he didn't seem happy. A different coworker came up front and cleared the error messages on the self checkout registers which made the line move quickly.

Found a few very good quality heavy fabric Under Armour shirts but pricey. Trinity Coast rayon collar skull imprint shirts at discounted prices but very very few 2XL sizes but a decent pattern selection. They do have a Big Men's area toward the back but those are just way too large - most are for linebackers. A big Levis denim section with graphic rock n' roll T-shirts but 100% cotton so they shrink to a belly shirt after you accidentally dry them on high heat once. They had a thin selection of Under Armour sneakers but no high tops. The dressing room and bathrooms were out of service due to some kind of malfunction. They offer a wheel chair at the front door for handicap customers.

Special Note; they had an automated propane refill station - and the price was much less than local gas stations or other centers. That refill station offered New Tanks; or Replacement Ones. Easy to use and very efficient at a great cost.
