The restaurant attached isn't part of the hotel itself so the people who work there aren't hotel employees. When we showed up, no one was at the front desk so I asked at the restaurant and they said the person must be on break and to wait. Not especially helpful. The location and price are good but keep in mind this hotel isn't actually near anything. The town of St Catherine's proper is about 20 minutes away. The only stuff nearby is a grocery store and a Starbucks.

They have a quite large fully covered area to the side of the main building, plus then another patio area with tables that have umbrellas. Their pizza is excellent and done in an outdoor pizza oven. They do have other items (mains, salads, appetizers), that are prepared in their main kitchen. One thing we have noticed is that things are taking a bit longer in the Covid world. This is we assume due to precautions taken with cleaning etc. So -- do be patient and just enjoy. We find that they always have some interesting cocktails with their wine as a basis, and some are available in pitcher size as well as by the glass! Reservations for the patio are available via the TouchBistroDine app. You won't find them on OpenTable. The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. Parking is available at the back and on the side. You do need to have face masks until you get to your table.

We had great communication by text from Mariana, asking when they would expect us. She was there to meet us and show us to our perfect room with a king bed, soaking tub and sitting area. She asked us about our tray for our wake up, coffee or tea or both, juice and chocolate croissants. We chose the time for it to be delivered, for us 9am. Breakfast was from 9 to 11 and we chose 11 am. We enjoyed strolling around Niagara on the Lake for the afternoon, with a nice dinner in town. Arriving back at the B&B we chose a game to play from the library and retired to our lovely room. There is no TV which was nice, and wifi is free but not great, so enjoy the down time! We both also enjoyed a good soak and read in the tub and bath salts are provided. The bed was comfy and really there was nothing else needed! The grounds are relaxing. I noticed if you needed to plug in your car there is a place out in the parking lot. We chose to eat indoors as it was very humid and warm out and we had a lovely table in the living room by the window. Breakfast was a culinary delight! Each bite was a delight! We couldn't have gotten a better meal in a 5 star restaurant! I highly recommend and we would come back for sure.

The food tasted great and the presentation was nonetheless a gourmet restaurant's. Location wise, it's in the middle of Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake, with may wineries surrounding. The amenities made for a very comfortable stay, from the plush beds and cozy robes to the slippers and in-room Nespresso machine stocked with a wide variety of coffee flavours. These thoughtful touches really elevated the experience. What stood out most, however, was the service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to accommodate guests' needs. It's clear that guest experience is a priority here. I visited on a weekend when the hotel was completely booked, which speaks volumes about its popularity. If you're planning a stay, I would definitely recommend booking early. Nice showers and great atmosphere. The meeting room we got for our meeting was upgraded with working tech and nice atmosphere. The team had some great food, treats and coffee. Staff was very responsive and on top of our event and needs. Everything was done very well. I would recommend this place for any business meeting needs.
