Ya know, I just thought this place was alright. They have a drive through as well as an inside space if you want to sit down and lounge a bit. This place kind of reminds me of a fancy version of Dutch Bros. My friend and I went through their drive-thru to get coffee while running errands. I don't know if we were just stopping in at a busy time, but it took us quite a long time to make our way through the drive-thru (I'm hesitant to even share this because it sounds diva-ish, but I think we waited for around 15 minutes total in a line that I would have expected to take 5 minutes to get through). The coffee was decent. My friend raved about their white coffee - which I took a sip of and agreed that it was yummy! It definitely has a different/nuttier flavor than your average roast. I went ahead and ordered a mocha with half the sweetener and I didn't love it. The chocolate, despite only getting half of it), was still overly sweet (in my opinion) and the espresso was somewhat muted by the amount of milk in this drink. If given the opportunity, I'd definitely come back and try out a different drink, but the one I had just wasn't my fave. I am so proud of the Wake Up Calls in Spokane. A new location opens all the time and they have seen tremendous growth since I saw them start out. The coffee is great. I really love white coffee and an iced coffee from these guys is just delicious. On top of that they have the creamiest nitro cold brew. You gotta try it. I Ordered and ice Americano. The coffee was amazing delicious and very strong. I also ordered breakfast burritos with her very good they come with hot sauce, I waited five minutes from the orders, I was really happy with the service. And the coffee and breakfast burritos where fast and delicious. When ever I'm in Spokane I'll be back to any one of them. But I didn't wait in the car line as the inside was empty and I was the only person that ordered. read more

This place is so cute. It is usually really busy but when I got there, it wasn't so bad. Very friendly and nice staff. I ordered a cup of drip coffee and it was too light for me so I need to figure out what do I like here. Maybe next time I will try something darker. read more

I ordered 2 drinks, a PNW with peppermint instead of black tea because I cant drink caffeine anymore, and a macchiato for my mom, which tasted like an americano. Both of them tasted like crap and I went through the line again and the girl told me she made me what I asked but she definitely did not, I have had this drink 10 times through other wakeup calls and it is absolutely delicious, but they denied having anything wrong with it and made me a "new" one that tasted exactly the same and was very rude about the entire thing. If I could give 0 stars for this wake up call I would, because I paid 11 dollars for really good drinks and I got mediocre at best. read more

Really cute yet prominent exterior. Inside is small but clearly very new. We ordered an iced 'Abbey' (double white chocolate mocha) and I had an iced White Orchard green tea with peach syrup. Both were excellent! Forget what brand tea they use but it's nice stuff. It was light, not too sweet, but good amount of flavor. Our barista was very nice. No one was sure if there were nuts in the banana bread, so not very helpful for those with allergies. I used the bathroom and it was immaculately clean. All in all was a nice stop! read more

Me and my wife went to grab some drinks to help keep us cool with the heat and they were quick about it. But they didn't make our drinks right at all, and it's like the drinks were sitting in the back for a while before they gave the drinks to us. The drinks are watered down, somewhat cold, and the drinks don't taste right. This is the only location we have had problems at. We will not be coming back to this wake up call from now on. read more

My friends wanted to stop here on the way back to Seattle because of the cool building design (it is pretty cute). Since I am not into sweet coffee, I ordered a cold brew and it was decent. It wasn't anything special, but it was inexpensive and did the trick. The menu seemed to have a lot of blended drinks and smoothie-type beverages. I drove thru this location and ordered 3 drinks at the window. The girl took our order by memory and 2 of our drinks were correct and one was a totally different drink then ordered. We had an appointment and didn't have time to go back. The frustrating part is we had come to the same location 4 days prior and 2 out of our 3 drinks where wrong when taken by memory. I order wake up call through Uber for my work at LEAST once a week, and every single time there's missing or wrong items. Wake up call doesn't bother to call and ask to replace the items or let us know they are out, we just get to find out when half my order doesn't show up. Then, the items we DO get are usually wrong. Normally I am not one to complain, but this is getting ridiculous. It's been months of ordering wake up call, and with how much money we spend there, it's insane we just don't get items and they don't care to give us a call. Horrible customer service and we will continue to give business to the local coffee stand closer to my work. read more

Pretty good coffee as chain coffee shops go, wake up call is definitely better than Dutch bros and star bucks. This location, I've heard, is where they do a lot of training and where they put new staff. I have had some burnt tasting drinks from this one but the other locations are great when you can't make it to the little local coffee shack that you love. read more

My mocha was perfectly made in this cute little clean coffee shop. The barista's were delightful and I bought my favorite water bottle. I needed a place to kill time so I was pleased that I was able to sit and watch videos while I waited for my sister to finish up her half marathon. I've been coming here for about 6 weeks now and won't be returning. EVERY SINGLE time they're busy (6am-10am) and run to my car, they get my order wrong. I told myself today if it happened again I won't be returning and guess what! It happened again! So I won't be returning. Sometimes they'll make my drink iced when i specify I want it hot, sometimes they dont put an extra shot of espresso like I request, dont take off whip cream, I mean seriously Starbucks is faster and more competent. My friend and I were just at Wake Up Call and I decided to write a review about what a pleasant experience I had there! We were wanting to try something different and we weren't in the mood for the burnt tasting coffee at Starbucks haha. The first thing I noticed was location. I travel Division at least 2 times a day, so this is in the perfect spot if you're wanting to stop somewhere that's not totally out of your way. The building on the outside was absolutely adorable and the tables and outside chairs were comfortable and clean. The inside of Wake Up smelt great and was spotless. It was somewhat busy but not crowded at all and had great seating everywhere. The decor made you feel like you were in a fancy shop in Seattle and the lighting was dim and soft-perfect for a peaceful setting. Customer Service was quick and very kind and helpful. I happily accepted the offer for the points card which is a fun way they reward their customers with free coffee-awesome!! I ordered a 16 oz iced caramel, white chocolate Mocha and I drank every last drop. The coffee tasted like heaven!! I'm not too impressed with most coffee joints but this coffee was made to perfection. My friend got a blueberry muffin which was also delicious and moist. Left there very happy and satisfied. So disappointed in my first time trying this one. I ordered through ubereats (yah I'm lazy) but I ordered a cappuccino 16 oz wet. I knew when I picked it up it felt lighter weight, I opened the lid and it was half full and the other half foam. I was sad and drank it in 3 minutes. I almost went to get another coffee after, so sad. Besides that it tasted good, I hope that is not normal. read more

I love wake up call! The Division location is by far the slowest location I've been to, probably by about 5X's. 2 cars in 15 minutes... I'm still 2 deep in this line. Will drive past this location and past my work to find another one next time, I could have been back to work already if I had gone to the Thor location instead! read more

My friend and me were there about 10 minutes ago and we got Red Bull's and not only were they not mixed up but they also didn't have near as much flavoring as they should have. We also got breakfast sandwiches and my bagel was burnt and both of the sandwiches had one little tiny piece of bacon on them. I used to love this place and was a regular, however I have noticed a change in staff. I spoke to my children to find they experienced the same. The employees were short with me and my family. They seemed unaware of how to do the job. I ordered a green apple Italian soda. I received syrup with lots of ice. It tasted like pure syrup. I WILL NOT be returning to this establishment, this seems to be a common occurrence when I used to go. I'm throughly disappointed with whoever they handed a clipboard to and called a manager. read more

They gave us time to read the menu and decide what we wanted. We got three coffees and three sandwiches to go. They came out pretty fast and were AMAZING! I got the seasonal brown sugar latte and the breakfast croissant sandwich. The latte was super tasty and the sandwich was even better. I was able to eat it while driving and it wasn't too messy. The spread on it was absolutely delicious! My friends both loved their drinks and sandwiches too. The cafe is super clean and easy to find. There's plenty of street parking. I only saw stairs to the front door but there may have been a ramp on the other side, I'm not sure. The bathroom is pretty clean and is gender neutral which we all appreciated. All in all this little cafe is lovely! If I'm ever in Spokane again I will make sure to stop by and support them.

I was worried these would be too sweet but it actually was perfectly sweet and the flavors balanced out really well. The flavors are unique, I just wish there was more ice, which I will ask for next time. I saw they had ube crepes, but when we went they didn't have it and onto had ube croffles, so I decided to try that. We also wanted to try the chicken melt crepe. I really enjoyed the croffle, it had a delicious chocolate flavor but wish it had more ube flavor as it was very faint. The chicken melt crepe was okay, but not my favorite. I feel the lemon didn't match, and it was inconsistently seasoned. Some parts were extremely salty, while others were not salted at all. It was nice to try but I'd try something else next time. Overall I would return again, but I'd try a different crepe and hoping they have ube crepes next time I visit.

It smelled amazing the moment i open the box, rich, buttery, and fresh. The layers were soft and fluffy inside with a slightly flaky texture on the outside, and the pistachio filling added just the right amount of sweetness without being overwhelming. You can really tell their bakery items are made fresh. I also ordered an iced Americano, which had a light taste to pair with the pastry. The shop itself has a clean white aesthetic that feels calm and peaceful. Plenty of space to sit down, work, study, or just relax for a bit. There are also warm food options to order. The staff was friendly and upbeat and answered my questions about the baked goods and food. I selected the ginger crinkle and was not disappointed. It was so flavorful and rich with real ginger you could see. I came back the next day for another one. There is street parking but it can be limited when times are busy. There is space to sit and enjoy your food. And there are some neat shops to check out nearby. Highly recommend!

But the highlight was their baked goods, 100% gluten free at a very reasonable price for the portion and quality. This place is inside Saranac Commons, very pretty and is a good place to slow down for lunch or coffee. Staff were kind, attentive, and happy to answer questions about the menu. Definitely a place I'd come back to whenever I'm in Spokane.
