My contractor has called this company to remove their portable toilet from my property since Wednesday. Despite repeated calls since then there hasn't been any response from this company. The wind storm on Thursday blew it over. It's laying at a downward slope on the street and the flower bed. It's also blocking the street parking. They have 2 numbers on their website so I called both of them. One I left a voicemail and the other just kept hanging up. I also sent an email. Unless this company has gone out of business, I can't understand why they aren't responding. Edit: Called me back. Basically he said he can't just come "willy nilly" for one toilet and that he would come on Monday or Tuesday. I explained things again and there was radio silence. I told him it was his company, this was his product, and it was a possible sewage hazard. He said he couldn't help the storm and that it was "Mother Nature". Yeah I get it, but it's his stuff in the street. He then said he'll try to make it this weekend. I told him it wasn't acceptable and that he needed to come today. Again, some more radio silence but he eventually agreed. In the end he arrived and picked it up. A little sewage leaked out and I asked if he was going to clean it. He asked me if I had a bucket... come on man. I'm not sure if there were chunks but he used a sprayer and was wiping it up. He left without a word. read more

So the wife and I had a NewYears party and were expecting about 40-50 people but did not want strangers going in the house so we reached out to Rapid Restrooms for a flushable portable and were very happy with the customer service we were provided. When gentleman dropped it off I tested the toilet and it did not work but the guy said I will bring you another one and returned in about an hour with one that did work and was very clean and best of all he had no attitude. I paid 120 and that was cheaper than the last time I rented one from United. This is a father and son business so it being New Years week they left toilet at my house until Saturday because our schedules just could not match and they didn't even charge me extra. I only met the son and his attitude alone will make me rent from them again. I gave 5 stars for the cleanliness of restroom, great customer service and the great communication they kept with me and yes I would recommend them to anyone who is in the need of a restroom for a party. read more

He confirmed days before the event the time of delivery. He actually arrived 30 minutes early. The restroom was pristine, spotless and looked brand new. They arrived the next day to pick it up as scheduled. They don't do lot's of advertising, no social media, no website but they are GREAT. Low key, honest, great customer service.
