I brought my 1972 Chevy Nova in to have a couple of things addressed. My steering wheel power steering gearbox needed to be replaced and my driver side front tire was rubbing when I make a u turn. They replaced steering gearbox and that resolve that issue. They told me that my C arm was bent and that was the reason my tire was rubbing. They replaced it but that did not fix the issue. Honestly I don't even think the arm was bad. They replaced it anyway and charged me. Honestly, I would have preferred that they were honest and told me that that was not the problem but they replace it anyway and had to charge me. When a business lies to a customer it makes you lose faith in the business. My tire is still rubbing but I'm gonna make sure I get it fixed. If I do find a shop that manages to fix it I'll be sure to post about it. read more

I had such a bad experience here today. I didn't even get to do my alignment, I left. I drove a little out my way cause a buddy told me their guys really good. I called in advance just to make sure if I needed an appointment due to covid. Some lady over phone told me just come in. I walked up to this clerk window outside the work area. I said in here for Jesse, This lady asked what do I need. I simply said an alignment. She then ignored me and I waited a little as I see she's a little busy with paper work. She then replied "why does everyone gotta come at the same time". She said there's 7 cars in front of you, we might not even get it done till 430. I told her I don't mind waiting an hour and half, because my buddy referred you guys. She went into the work bay came back with an attitude asked what kind of truck you got, what year. At this point I was not going take anymore of her attitude, I told her I'm a customer and I really don't appreciate your attitude. If your having a bad day, don't take it out on your customers. With so many people out of jobs, due to covid, I would figure service would be just a tad better. I would've recommended you to friends and family, but that lady that works in the office space needs a tune up herself! Worst service I've had in a while. Took my car here for the first time. And I was left with more things that needed to be fixed that didn't need prior taking it here. Was given the car back and was told it was all ready. Still herd noises and storing wheel was sideways. Took it back they just moved steering wheel straight said I will still need alignment. And noise was needed 2 front axels. Yet they didn't tell me any of this when they inspected the car in the first place. Worst experience ever. I spoke to the owner. And definitely that old man is so rude. Was explaining what the situation was and would cut me off and say something else. Yet it was something I was trying to explain. He is the worst in customer service. And just trying to get money out of you any way or form. Would not recommend coming here. A family member also mentioned to me they took car here as well and noise when they went home with it. This place is great, the receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. Brought my super low audi a3 in for an alignment and to balance 2 rear tires that another shop just put on but were vibrating a bit. They checked out my alignment at no charge and just charged if it needed to be corrected. They let me know that I will need front tires soon and that one of my wheels has a slight bend, which I will order a new barrel for my 3 piece CCW wheels. Rick and the guy that actually did my alignment were very transparent through out the entire process, a but more pricey but well worth the extra care and customer service. Came in to get an alignment on a lifted 06 Chevy 2500HD and it turned out the idler arm and pitman arm were in bad shape. Ugh! Timing was horrible! But I had to get it fixed and Rick left my truck running like a champ! I recommend getting the parts from your neighborhood auto shop as they may be cheaper. Anyway the job was done and done well, no complaints. I'll be recommending this shop to my other 4X4 buddies and I'll be sure to be back for all my trucks lifted needs! read more

Came here about a year ago to replace some front end steering parts. I got charged for parts and labor they didn't do. The parts they charged me for are quality parts but instead I got aftermarket shi###! Parts and they didn't replace some of the other stuff they charged me for. 6 months later I see alignment shimms falling off and here I am having ti replace it with the real deal. I usually don't post things like this but people gotta know the truth about this place. I had my mr2 aligned in the front and the old man charged me $90 bucks and when I drove the car it was still pulling to the right. So I took the car to a shop in central Ave and they used the computer and sensor and found that the front wheels are not aligned good so they aligned all 4 wheels for $50 bucks. They even printed me a paper to show me the results of before and after. Now the car drives straight and smooth. I will not come back to bear frame the old man over charged me and didn't do a good job with the alignment. I think the invoice is fake so be cautious guys. read more

I explained to her the situation, she assured me no problem bring the truck in and it's a free estimate. Took my car here to get a alignment. After the alignment the tall older guy Takes it for a test drive and he floors it out of the driveway. Probably excited cause my Audi has a turbo and he couldn't contain himself like a 50 year old man should. DICK! When he comes back he scrapes the front going into the business driveway cause he's going too fast then he stops and immediately shuts off the car without letting it cool. I take my car for servicing usually to the Chevy dealer in Montebello and was quoted an outrageous price on fixing something that was wrong with my brakes. I don't know much about cars other than knowing when my car is not driving right, or if it's shaking when I brake. The service rep at the dealer obviously can see this, along with the fact that I'm a lady who they think they can take advantage of. Anyhow, the dealer quoted me over $1200 for a bunch of stuff they said was wrong with my brakes. I told them I'd think it over. A few days later I went to this place which is super close to my house. The young lady was super friendly and seemed to know what she was talking about. I left my car and within three hours they called me back and the job was done. They'd fixed my rotors. The charge? $185. Total. I've taken my car back since. One time they didn't even charge me for taking a look at my brakes (again, after the dealer'd said there was something outlandish wrong with my brakes or alignment or something like that) and told me the car was fine. At this point they could have just made something up and charged me a boatload. But that's not how this place works. They seem to have lots of long time customers and that makes sense. Customers stick with what works and where they are not getting ripped off. Good people at fair prices. read more
