I've been meaning to update my review on my dryer. A few months late but after a few days of…read morepurchasing my dryer, which is still in good condition. The only issue was that the timer doesn't work. We weren't sure if the clothes were drying before the timer went off but after the 3rd day of using it, we left in the morning to run errands for a few hours while drying clothes for 30mins and when we returned home later that after noon the dryer was still running. I do recall the sales lady highly recommended the Roper dryer while I was interested in other dryers. But of course she swindle me into purchasing the Roper to which I should have returned within the 7day refund policy. Timer may not be a big deal but As a mother of two, full time student, and full time job, the timer would help a lot so the clothes don't burn or shrink or increase my gas bill.

I paid him, he ordered the part to be installed 5/3/21. 5 days later the tenant using the fridge informs me it's still leaking, I call 5/12 multiple times with no answer, I email no answer. I was able to get him on the phone 5/13, and he went to check fridge for same issue 5/14. He claimed there was a piece of foam stuck in a hose causing the leak, but that he removed it and all is well now. Well the very next day, I talk to the tenant and she says the fridge is still leaking. And Juan advised her to call him if there are any issues. This bothered me, Bc the tenant is NOT the paying customer. I PAID and I am having a hard time reaching him. Long story short 6/13, I have the same Problem with the fridge. With no response from Dr Appliances. It's extremely frustrating, I am being strung along so the warranty will end up void and he won't be responsible anymore.
