I would recommend you check out Google Reviews on this business for 100+ reviews if you want to read multiple reviews. I rated it 4 stars for the deli meats and a mind boggling selection of pantry items (baking items, snacks, spices, condiments, etc) for the customer that is looking for those specifically, but for my own purpose- a good sandwich, I would rate this place a 3. I was seeking a deli to refuel after my hike and came across this place. There is no real sandwich menu, except for an Italian sub and a Sandwich of the Day. It's basically create your own sandwich, where you choose from meats, breads, cheese, toppings, and condiments. I hate coming up with my own sandwich, so I just went with the Italian sub, and it was reasonably priced at $5.99. I would say the Italian sub is not quite one you'd get in an Italian deli, but the meat was decent and the bread was fresh. I'd rate the sandwich a 3 out of 5. I wouldn't go back to this place for a sandwich after a hike. I'd try to look elsewhere.

I ordered their version with an Italian Sub - with mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, and banana peppers - to go. Sub was made to order. They wrap up the sub on a paper plate with a small bag of chips and a dill pickle spear. The sub was really good - hit the spot. I am more of the crusty style sub rolls fan - but Piedmont used a soft sub roll - which actually worked out quite well. Great sub, I would eat here again. There are 3-4 tables to eat in. As I recall, I did not see any restrooms for customers to utilize - so if that is indeed the case - be aware of that. Service was good. Paid with a credit card. #PiedmontDeli
