Took longer than expected. When we got the car back the A/C wasn't working and making a weird sound and the cold start was STILL a problem. Service department now said the fuel pump was making causing the problem and they could have found it if they had done a diagnostic test, Something that they should have been done before replacing the engine but the technician "didn't see the note about the cold start issue." Service manger was dismissive saying if "Nissan customer care didn't side with us then it wasn't their problem" The car is less than 5 yrs old. You are better off going anywhere else.

Dealerships are here to make money and to keep inventory moving so as long as you all agree on the numbers everyone should be happy. Live and let live, unless, of course there is a disagreement about the price or a service. Certain things I can do and would not require any assistance with cabin or air filters. If one of the major parts fails I'd prefer someone else to fix it for me. It is a shame that David is gone as he was probably one of the best mechanics in this area and I could discuss and correct any technical concern I had like when they sold me wrong battery size (24 instead of 35) etc. Now there is a reason I change my own oil. We reside out of town and bringing car in was a minor inconvenience as I had to leave it for a day, then come with another vehicle and grab it. One day I left my car for an oil change and was promptly billed for it and reassured it was all done. I found the vehicle at the very same spot it was left by me and according to the odometer it was not moved for 1/10 of a mile since I parked it. In theory it is only possible if they drove it to the bay and then backed it up into the same very spot in the middle of a busy day. Ok, the oil appeared much darker and more consistent with the oil that had been used for few thousand miles than the freshly filled one. Inquired about it next day and was reassured it was all done and they just switched to a different darker looking brand of oil for changes. I was not born yesterday. Spouse stated she gets better mpg after I change hers myself. Lately they nickel-and-dime even customers buying parts that are not very unique. Adding 3% fee to card transactions is just ridiculous. Do you realize your best sales efforts are being rewarded by people who spend more than they ever should and it is all done electronically? Wake up. It is 2025. Most transactions are electronic. There are even non-profits who figured how to accept cashless donations. You are not a struggling ethnic restaurant and the owner is not your typical "Pocatellan pooh boy" as he owns at least 2 other dealerships one in town and the other in a different state. On a bright side they never sold a stolen vehicle to a family member like Phil Meador did.

They didn't even start on it, turns out it's gonna be an 2 day kind of thing, now I have to wait another month to bring it back in, 2 months total to fix a wiring issue, hopefully it can get done next time.

Never once was he pushy. After he handed me off to the finance person things went downhill. He kept pushing the extended warranty on me despite my multiple statements that I did not want it. I think I had to tell him at least 4 times. I have to say that implying that the manufacturer wouldn't honor their warranty nearly cost them the sale. I told him from the beginning that I had already been approved for financing, but he would not take no for an answer on this. He swore he could get me a better deal. Everything in the last paragraph I can chalk up to it being just how finance people are. This next part is what earns them the rating. I told him at the very beginning that I wanted to have my wife on the loan. He completely ignored that it seems. I finally conceded to the pressure and went with their financing because it wasn't all that much worse than what I already had arranged. Contrary to finding me a better deal, it was 0.25% higher than what I already had arranged. When he brings me the paperwork to sign I ask about putting my wife on the loan. He said something to the effect of "that would mean we have to redo all the paperwork" I asked if we could do that and he told me that I could just go in to the bank and add her. This was a bald faced lie. I would give the benefit of the doubt here, but both the loan officer and the DMV clerk said that they always say that. It was shortly after this that he had me sign for acknowledgment of the interior protection and anti theft. This was literally the first time I had heard of the anti theft. Honestly, I should have walked out right then. I love the car. Keaton did an amazing job. 6/5 stars for him. For the rest of the experience, much less so. Update: Went in to attempt to resolve the financing problem from above. It was a disaster. The finance person above was actually the finance manager. Immediately says that he did not say any of that and that I never mentioned that I already had financing. After some heated back and forth I believe we had worked out a path forward to refinance the car to add my wife. I asked that they refinance it at the same terms to compensate me for the hassle. He told me that they cannot change the interest rate. I asked if there was something else they could do to make this right. He said he had to get the sales manager. Sales manager was even worse than the finance manager. He was unwilling to even entertain the idea that there was any fault on their part. He was only willing to give me qualified responses "If you have A+ credit" was his favorite. He directly insulted me and claimed that I was not willing to take responsibility for my choices. The interaction ended with him saying "I think we're done here" and motioning for me to leave the office. Needless to say, I'm never buying another vehicle from them. I highly recommend nobody else does as well. If you do choose to buy from them realize that their word means nothing and get everything in writing. Many of these reviews mention their customer service, but I've been treated better by most shady used car shops.

I have gotten a half a dozen vehicles tinted here. Last time they screwed up and lied about it…read moreseveral times. I payed for high quality ceramic tint, they put a cheap carbon tint on my window (which was confirmed by other professional tint shops). I paid for something I did not get, I did not get refunded for the price difference. There was also big problems with the tint: lint behind the tint, scratches in the tint film, and the film being cut too small resulting in daylight coming around the windows. Two of my door panels were sitting on my seat when I came to pick up the vehicle. I put both of them on myself. There were missing trim pieces for the interior of my vehicle. Dave's Glass and Tint DID go to a junkyard to replace these trim pieces in about a week. I reached out to the business, they denied these claims. I reached out to the Better Business Bureau(BBB) and sent photographs, Dave's Glass and Tint stated they would refund me. They never did and have ceased contact with me and the BBB. BBB has been trying to contact Dave's Glass and Tint for four (4) months, but no response. This resulted in Dave's Glass and Tint, no longer being an Accredited Business by the Better Business Bureau. There are quite a few professional tint shops in the area. I recommend going to a high quality tint shop, that cares about doing things right the first time, is willing to fix their mistakes, and not charge you for things you weren't given. I'm typing this on my computer, but if I can add photos from my phone to this review I will do so.

The additional selection of floored vehicles is also a nice touch. The business model of locating your exact vehicle, making your order, having them go to auction for the purchase to bring it back to Pocatello is unique. Saving money on reconditioning (which dealerships tend to charge) is also a nice touch. I would certainly recommend One Stop Auto Sales. I have read other reviews which makes me add the last recommendation. Freaking buy an aftermarket warranty when you buy a used car. Worth every penny. Every used car purchase you are taking is a calculated risk.

It wasn't until after finishing the paperwork that they offered a warranty, but they made a big deal to reprint and start over. Since buying this truck I have had nothing but problems. I returned home and the check engine light popped on, saying that my cat was running low efficiency. I had my buddy that is a mechanic look at it. He proceeded to tell me that the code had been deleted recently. I called One stop Auto sales and Gregg said run some cat a clean through it and it will be fine. Not having a care in the world that the truck was having problems the day I bought it. Gregg also said "not my car nothing I can do". The check engine light is still on even after multiple repairs have been made to try to resolve the problem. A couple days later I called again asking if they even ran it through a shop, Gregg said they did and that they had a mechanic look at it and did services. Well after getting an oil change today, I definitely don't think they did. When getting my oil change, the company doing it made me aware that no other fluids had ever been serviced. And to go along with that they also told me that I needed an aliment and that a bolt that was missing to do part of the aliment so they would need to order a kit. People do not buy from this dealership. The cars they sell have problems that they know about but they hide them and sweep them under the rug.

They did a much overdue tuneup and oil change and repaired a problem with my headlights. They went the extra mile and polished the headlights that had turned yellow with age and I didnt see a charge for it on the invoice.  Truck is now running like a top!
