They tend to use similar pieces for the sushi and sashimi. But there were 2 scallop sushi that didn't appear as sashimi. The Combo A was in a big round plastic container and everything was laid out nicely and some sushi where enhanced nicely. Greeted by a friendly server who seated us at a table for 4 right at the front of the restaurant. We ordered Octopus Tempura, Chicken Teriyaki and Tonkatsu lunch specials, and Spider Rolls. The 2 specials came with an eggplant appetizer, edamame, miso soup, and green salad. These were all great and the salad dressing was very good. I had the pork cutlet which was a relatively thick piece of pork with a nice breading that was light and not greasy. The octopus was nicely breaded, cooked well, not too chewy. The spider rolls were ok but I've had better. The green tea was nice and water for my youngest daughter was served in a small plastic cup. I love little extras like this. All of the food was served on very nice Japanese dinnerware, unlike the melamine stuff you normally see at other places. Overall, service was really good, the server was very attentive and prices are fair, even considering it's Niagara Falls. This will be our new Japanese joint the next time we're back in town!
