The didn't provide any receipt or feedback on checking any other items. They said it would be emailed to me but I haven't received it even a day later (I've checked my spam folder). To make matters worse, a little oil leak has developed below this vehicle that has NEVER leaked oil previously. I'm sincerely hoping it was just leftover drips that they didn't wipe up, but I'll have to keep monitoring it. My recommendation: make an appointment at some reputable mechanic shop instead of going here. More headache than the time savings was worth.

Their sticker says 3 months and 3,000 miles I asked about and they said their machine prints the same for every car, I think this is a scam. Your business is oil changes and you know the oil type for each car. Their computer should be able to know the maintenance schedule for each car. The staff was great. Not sure about the actual companies business processes.

Last year, he decided to branch off and focus primarily on mods, custom builds, and speciality work on Subarus whiling changing the name of the business to RFC Industries. In doing this, he sold the service side (oil changes, tire rotations, basic repairs, etc.) of his business to 1st Choice Autoworks. So I've been coming to them for the non-off roading specific stuff that Chris still does for me. Luke and everyone else here is incredibly kind, knowledgable, and professional. This past weekend, I panicked since I'm leaving for an extended work trip (1.5 months) which involves my heavily modded Subaru Forester and I had an axle issue days before I was supposed to leave. I texted Chris over the weekend and he said come to 1st Choice by 8:00am on Monday. I didn't have an appointment, and just showed up. And this isn't my style. I'm usually so highly organized and do my best to be respectful, schedule appointments, and go through the proper channels. But I woke up at 6:00am and was in Murrieta by 8:00am. I explained my situation and they were so accommodating and understanding and kind. It took all day but they helped me out and got my car back in good health and I'm so thankful they were cool with me just showing up. This shop is trustworthy, professional, and now is really familiar with off-roading and modded, lifted Subarus due to SubiWorks' and Chris' involvement. The kind receptionist at Carmax Service referred me to this shop that is an authorized mechanic who works under Carmax's extended warranty program. Anthony efficiently ran the codes as my dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree. The lights eventually went way, but after he ran them again, he recommended I get the battery replaced. He found out how much the battery was by calling the dealer, and some after market spots. He recommended that I DIY which I normally do with battery replacements. He even topped off my oil as it was a quart low. After I got the battery replaced at O'Reilly, I came back, Anthony ran the codes, and it was all clear and not indicating anything of concern. I will only go to this shop from now on, as Anthony seemed to really care, and go out of his way to assist me even though his shop got no monetary benefits this time around. But, he treated and handled my siutation in a manner that I was very pleased, so I will definitely go back.

Turns out they charged me over $100 for a full synthetic oil change and never actually gave me any oil. I don't know if they removed the old oil and just forgot to put in the new, but a few days later my car started making really scary noises. I took it into my local shop where they discovered my oil was not even reading on the dip stick. Luckily I got it into the shop fast enough that my engine did not blow. Such a small, simple thing missed and I almost lost of my engine due to it. I'm quite upset with this place and will not be going back. To make things worse, we recently had a death in the family and I haven't had time to go in and complain to get my money back. Just beware of this place.

This is the only place I'll take my cars and trucks! I was referred to them by a friend about a year ago and they've earn my business I wouldn't go anywhere else. They replaced the rear main seal on Dodge RAM 3500 and quoted me one price, I signed the quote they started work. When I went to pay Dennis said "We managed to get the repair parts cheaper than we quote you so we saved $135 dollar". Who does that! I had already agreed to the price of the repairs they could have easily not said anything and I would have paid it. Chad, Dennis, and Nick are all great guys, honest and trustworthy! Jay responded by saying, "I don't care," while speaking on the phone and refusing to make eye contact with me during the interaction. I then asked what was going on and requested to speak with a supervisor. He said his supervisor would arrive at 10am. I then stated this wasn't nonsense and they should do better. At that point, Jay threatened to call the police on me while my daughter was standing beside me witnessing the entire interaction.

I told him he had quoted me $30 and he said it was more welding than he thought and plus he was saving me hundreds from having to replace the catalytic converter, which wasn't true. When I got home I was able to see the weld and it's no wonder he wouldn't let me see it at the shop. I could've watched a YouTube video and done a better job.

He ran the diagnostic on it to see why the smog failed. He also said l went to a reputable smog business (thanks again, Yelpers!) so he asked to see the paperwork to narrow down the issue. It ended up taking more time but Jerry didn't give up. Nor did he charge me for anything. He was honest, reliable, and even lost money by having me eventually going to the dealership (though Lake Elsinore Honda) because my issue was covered under the warranty. All in all, the decorum, honesty and genuinely stellar business practices l experienced here will have me coming for all my future maintenance.
