I took my car into America's Tire Depot today after hearing a screeching noise coming from my back driver-side tire. I was really nervous it was going to be something serious and expensive. Before having AAA drop my car off, I called and spoke with Rio, who was kind, professional, and informative from beginning to end. Thankfully, it turned out to just be a rock caught between my rotor and brakes. I truly appreciate their honesty and the fact that they removed it at no charge. I have bought a few tire sets from this place. They're fine, but always try to upsale you with other things that may or may not be needed. About a month ago I went in to get my flat tire fixed. They noticed I needed an oil changed and asked if I wanted to get it all done at once. I said go ahead so I wouldn't have to deal with it later. Turns out they charged me over $100 for a full synthetic oil change and never actually gave me any oil. I don't know if they removed the old oil and just forgot to put in the new, but a few days later my car started making really scary noises. I took it into my local shop where they discovered my oil was not even reading on the dip stick. Luckily I got it into the shop fast enough that my engine did not blow. Such a small, simple thing missed and I almost lost of my engine due to it. I'm quite upset with this place and will not be going back. To make things worse, we recently had a death in the family and I haven't had time to go in and complain to get my money back. Just beware of this place. read more

You think tire-rific it's a Sunday and your spare is an inflatable green can of slime because your factory tire is a run flat. Now you are flat out on the road. You are trying to get a grip. Thank goodness American Tire Depot was on and popping for business. The service I requested was going to be over an hour wait. Service came with a smile and a spare pair of hands the wait didn't take an hour and the value of the run flat tire was a wheel-y good deal. Went to get one tire checked because it was dropping tire pressure every 3 days. They "found" a nail on the inner side close to the wall and said it couldn't be patched needs to be replaced. Declined and drove away due to the price. Bought a tire plug kit and upon taking the tire off and removing the nail found that wasnt the problem. I heard no air being released and decided to spray it and no bubbles were coming out. I checked with my tire pressure gauge and the reading remained the same. I rotated and inspected the tire and found a spiraled hole in the center like something was in there before and decided to spray it and it was a bubble party. I am no going to my local shop instead to get it patched very dissapointing. read more

My fiancé set an appointment to get his alignment done. Appointment was set for 3:15. Wait, wait, wait. He went up and asked how long. They said they only have 1 person doing alignments. Why just 1 person?! Shouldn't they all be able to do the alignments?! So come 4:30 he still wasn't in. Said it could be another 45 minutes. As he looked through the window, he saw 4 techs just chatting..having a grand old time...doing nothing! Come on...do better! The gentleman at the front desk felt bad which none of this was his fault.
