I took my car into America's Tire Depot today after hearing a screeching noise coming from my back driver-side tire. I was really nervous it was going to be something serious and expensive. Before having AAA drop my car off, I called and spoke with Rio, who was kind, professional, and informative from beginning to end. Thankfully, it turned out to just be a rock caught between my rotor and brakes. I truly appreciate their honesty and the fact that they removed it at no charge. I have bought a few tire sets from this place. They're fine, but always try to upsale you with other things that may or may not be needed. About a month ago I went in to get my flat tire fixed. They noticed I needed an oil changed and asked if I wanted to get it all done at once. I said go ahead so I wouldn't have to deal with it later. Turns out they charged me over $100 for a full synthetic oil change and never actually gave me any oil. I don't know if they removed the old oil and just forgot to put in the new, but a few days later my car started making really scary noises. I took it into my local shop where they discovered my oil was not even reading on the dip stick. Luckily I got it into the shop fast enough that my engine did not blow. Such a small, simple thing missed and I almost lost of my engine due to it. I'm quite upset with this place and will not be going back. To make things worse, we recently had a death in the family and I haven't had time to go in and complain to get my money back. Just beware of this place. read more

Update: The business responded to my original review saying they were looking forward to resolving the issue and asked me to contact them. I did exactly that and emailed them, but I never received a response. At this point, the response to my review feels more like an attempt to appear as though they are taking responsibility publicly than an actual effort to resolve the problem. If they genuinely wanted to make this right, I would expect them to follow through when I reached out. I'm still waiting for someone to contact me and actually address the issues with my car. read more

Thank goodness American Tire Depot was on and popping for business. The service I requested was going to be over an hour wait. Service came with a smile and a spare pair of hands the wait didn't take an hour and the value of the run flat tire was a wheel-y good deal. I walked in today for the very first time and he got me tires that I was looking for but the RIGHT one that can handle the load of my EV battery for my car. Was greeted as soon as we walked in the door! There were two people working the counter for efficiency! The work was completed quickly and with great care. Literally called at 8am and told them I was going to arrive at 5:30 arrived at 5:20 the men on the counter said that the call center never calls them and that he had no one call him. There for he would have to reschedule me till the morning which that's the entire reason I called because it's a ways out. At this time it's going to be nearly impossible to find a tire shop.
