They literally totaled my car! PLEASE READ THE WHOLE THING! I took my car here for a windshield replacement in late April of this year. First install: Glass was discovered to be scratched after it had been installed and it whistled too (It's not supposed to whistle). I scheduled a second install. Brought it in for the new glass install and the guy screwed up the install (glue everywhere, seal not installed correctly, etc and it whistled again) so Scott said he would redo the install himself. I left the car with him for the weekend as I was going to be out of town. I returned to pick up the car after my weekend away (on my birthday) and he told me what had happened. Well, he pulled the windshield out then went inside the shop to do something and a rain/hailstorm flooded the front of the car while it was unattended with the windshield removed. He does all installs outside and apparently doesn't pay attention to the weather forecast. Everybody knew that heavy rain was in the forecast. My car's interior was still wet (days after the storm), my central display unit had water inside it, water was dripping out of the dash, my owner's manual (in the glovebox) and other papers were soaked. I drove the car home (it whistled again) and got a repair estimate. It was very high as the display unit is very expensive. Scott refused to provide his insurance info (That should have been done immediately) and said he had a "buddy" who could fix it. Yeah, right! He was also extremely rude to my Wife when she called in on my behalf (I had to go out of town for work the next day after picking it up) and Scott said that he wanted to deal with me instead of her because I was more "reasonable" than my Wife. I suspect that he wasn't even going to tell me about the incident because he never called me (this happened on a Friday and I picked the car up the following Monday) and when I arrived earlier than expected to pick it up, he had a fan in the front floor drying out the interior. Once I saw this he then told me what happened. This then went into subrogation through insurance and he was found 100% at fault for the damage. I'm sure Scott will chime-in here and try to say that he offered to fix it but, really... Would YOU trust a guy who screwed up not once, twice, but three times (that culminated in a total loss) to actually fix your car? He should have turned this in to his insurance first thing but instead, decided to be rude and not provide his insurance info. He even showed me pics on his phone of the aftermath but then refused to send them to me (for my insurance purposes). The guy even sat on my payment check for a couple months and then finally cashed it once this went into subrogation. He had the audacity to charge me for ruining my car! I was forced to turn a claim into my own insurance company and I had to buy a different car so now I have a car payment too. Avoid this place and you'll be fine. Get any work done here and you are taking a serious chance. read more

Save yourself some time, find a more reputable and reliable auto glass repair business. Brought in my 2018 Mercedes for two windows replaced- drivers and rear drivers window. Ended taking about 10 days and left one button not working, a dead battery, and no will to compensate or apologize for their wrongdoing. Long story short my car ended up in the wrong workers hands. I came to their business 2 times after they called... just to see the windows not working. Caitlin called me after explaining the situation that they had to lay off one of their workers. She was actually helpful and very kind throughout this process. Get a phone call back 10 days after the car that it is ready. I come back and they say I now need a new battery, one of my buttons isn't working in the front, and the window doesn't go down all the way(they said this is because I put in a new window but I consulted another business and they will be fixing it for me). Never heard even an apology from the boss man after picking up my car. Unprofessional business. I'm a local car business owner and would have never allowed anyone to treat my customers like this. Customer service. They put a windshield in our truck on the Wednesday before New Years weekend. The next day the windshield was cracked from top to bottom (defective glass?). We went back on Friday morning and they offered to warranty\replace it the following Tuesday. I said the truck was moving to California on Monday (New Years Day). They ordered a new windshield and had it done Friday afternoon of the holiday weekend. Yeah, I'll be going back to them next time I need glass. Five stars. read more

Had my headlight cleaned and what a night and day difference. I can tell that my headlights are on now. $75 per headlight. So it's costly. But worth the expensive and wait time (Almost an hour past my appt time) to be able to see and be seen. read more

Answer to the Owner, First, in regards to the molding, I did call you back and you came to my house to redo it. Even after the second time, it was not done correctly which I was not aware of until the following summer. After you came, we went camping once and then put the camper into storage all winter and when we pulled it out the following summer and went camping, that is when we can hear wind noises and water came into the camper from the top of the windshield. At that time, I took it another place to get a second opinion and that is when we discovered the horrible job you did!! You did not seal the molding correctly, you "broke" the bolt per you (which you never told us) and then we discovered the crack in the corner which YOU covered up under the corner molding AND YOU DID NOT TELL US! The only item we bought for the camper was the corner guard because YOU said we HAD TO because you would ruin it when you took it apart. We did as you said and bought the corner piece from Winnebago NOT AN AFTER MARKET ITEM!! The place we took our camper to is a very reputable place and they pointed our all your mistakes. After we got the camper back is when I made this review. That is why is was the following summer. WHY in the world would we contact you to come back after you lied to us and covered up your mistakes??? Plus, YOU DID CUT my dash board and you know you did! I even offered to show you pictures from when we bought it (because WE JUST BOUGHT THE CAMPER) and you declined. It was very obvious it was small slashes from a knife. You told me your guy used a knife to get the windshield out. My ex brother in law is a glass installer and I texted him the photos of the cuts and he said it was ABSOLUTELY CUTS from a knife. WHY in the world would we have a knife right next to our windshield on our dash to cut ourselves??? That's crazy! Furthermore, YOU DID NOT PAY OUT OF POCKET. The gentlemen who fixed our dash told us YOU did an exchange to pay for it. You put in a windshield for his car in return to fix our dash. So that is lie. As for the comment of me being difficult. That is straight out lie! I was nothing but pleasant and kind to you. We talked and joked. I offered to help you on anything you needed. Offered you something to drink etc... Even when you came back to fix the molding the 2nd time I was kind to you and trusted you to do a good job. The fact is, you did a bad job because you were in a hurry and you didnt like the fact I called you out!! OH...I am writing a review now (7/24/19) because I never knew you responded until today. I had them replace a rear glass panel in my truck. Started taking seats out by unbolting them which became a safety concern when they left bolts off at the end of the job. Also broke springs that connected the rear seats to the latches that hold them. The trim pieces were torn apart and not properly put back together. Had glass all over the bed and rear floor. Black grease all over my red leather seats. When I called they just got defensive and haven't heard anything since, that was 3 weeks ago. I had to spend more money fixing their screw ups than the window replacement cost. They aren't registered with BBB, lesson learned.... read more

In spite of an overwhelming volume of business because of the big hailstorm in May 2017, they were able to accommodate our schedules within a few days. They use OEM glass, and each windshield was under $200 total cost (one SUV and one sedan). Scott and his helper installed two windshields for us in July. I discovered the window wiper intermittent function was not functioning after a few weeks (pretty dry that time of year) and I brought my car back for them to repair. Scott said that they hadn't removed a pad from the old windshield so they tried installing some gel to make up for the missing pad. It seemed to work when they were done but that was short lived. I went back the first week of November and Scott looked at it again and said there was a clip missing and he would have to get the clip from Lexus and that he would call me when it came in. I never received a call so after 4 weeks I stopped in their office on a Saturday and spoke with Scott, he said the part was on his counter at home but to come back on 12/9 when they opened and he would install the part. I came in at 9 am as he said and waited a half hour and no one came to the office. I left a voice mail message for him to call me when he got in, I never received a call during the day but called back at 5 pm and finally got a hold of Scott and told him I needed to get this done on Tuesday, he said he would call me after he finished a couple of other jobs on Tuesday. I called on Tuesday at 2:30 and he wasn't back yet, I went by his shop at 3:30 and he still had not returned from his other jobs. I went by again at 4:30 and his work van was back but his personal vehicle was gone. I've been more than understanding of the challenges of a small business but this is ridiculous. His customer service is terrible. I will not use this company again and caution others if you need follow up work beware. In summary six trips to his shop, several calls and the work is still not complete. read more

I think I have found my go to auto glass shop. Their prices are very reasonable and the customer service is second to none. I called for a quote for a new windshield on Tuesday and the owner came out and installed on Thursday. They gave me a two hour window and showed up in the first 30 minutes of that window.
