Tom was super helpful and knowledgeable. Talked me through options and then booked an appt the same day to get my windshield replaced. I drive a 4runner so they have plenty in stock, and use much higher quality glass than other places I've been to. The frame around my windshield was scratched by a previous installer (SL) before I bought the vehicle. It was about 3inches of missing paint with some rust in the center. Tom assured me he would remove the rust and prime over it (luckily my vehicle is black to match their primer) and that once they properly install the glass, the gasket should be covering the scratch anyway -- another L for the previous installers. read more

Our back window on our car shattered this morning, which came as a shock to my husband and I because we just were not expecting this to happen right before we both had work this afternoon. We frantically looked at many places to fix this for us so that we wouldn't have to go days with an open entry to our car where we have street parking in our neighborhood. We called a couple places and I found Absolute with a high rating, as quality is just as important to me as value. Dion picked up which was refreshing not having to go through and automated system and she was very friendly, helpful, and prompt. I've had plenty of windshields replaced in my lifetime and few were memorable on the positive side. Absolute Auto Glass is now the big exception. I had them replace a cracked windshield on my BMW E39 and specifically asked for the OEM/BMW part only, because the rain sensor does not come with aftermarket windshields. They sourced it and installed it in my garage in about an hour. No sealant overruns, no scratches or anything anywhere that wasn't already there. They are super professional and experts in doing auto glass. I then had them replace the windshield on my 2010 911 and again, with OEM glass. They had no problem, took care of all of the insurance hassle, and got the job done wonderfully. I'm writing this review because they just did my son's Genesis G80 passenger window broken from an attempted break in. They sourced the Hyundai OEM glass from Korea, installed it a week later, and it took them 20 minutes. These guys, in my experience in 3 different instances, are the best I have ever seen. Unfortunately I cannot give a review of their service, as I had a scheduled appointment and they never showed up. I checked and found Yelp was the only way the tried to contact me only to find the product I was quoted is no longer available and their only option left is nearly double the quoted price. I understand product availability can be fluid, but when an appointment is created I expected them to keep the product I scheduled and at the very least attempt calling me to discuss the change as opposed to only leaving Yelp messages which I didn't think was needed since an appointment was scheduled. read more

The techs were very knowledgeable, service was fast, and the price was way more affordable than anywhere else I had gotten quotes (including Safelite). We have a1992 Chevy pickup that needed work on the drivers side. I could not find an auto glass place that would work on it. it was always too old or too new to work on depending upon the Shop. Brian said bring it on in, he repaired the window in 1 1/2 hours. So now it rolls up and down like new. I would highly recommend Absolute Glass on North Broadway. Had a quote and the price was very competitive. Came in based on other reviews. When I picked up my car, they said there was some rust from the last replacement that had scratched metal but was not buffed and primed. I was thinking, "Here we go, how much is this gonna cost?" They said they buffed out the rust and primed it before putting in the new windshield. That's it! No extra charge, no up sell, just full disclosure about the work they did. I recommend this business to do good work as quoted, with no upscale or surprises. read more

Once again I'm warning people about not using Absolute Auto Glass because they damaged the gear shifter on my Audi's auto transmission. I'm wondering if the owner removed my first review. Oh I got my windshield, and they got their $251.00. But Dave the owner and Tom Burgess the tech. who jammed the gear shifter could care less about how my vehicle is now. I purchased this vehicle brand new and this is the only time I've had to replace it. They don't want to admit it was their fault, now I'm going to have to get legal counsel. Trying to save a few bucks getting a cheaper windshield cost me the use of my ride. These guys are just downright dishonest. Not responsible or careful either. Saying they didn't do anything wrong is admitting they're liars. Please think twice about using this glass company. They've already proven their quality and I just want to spare others this disappointment that I'm going through. read more

I got a good sized chip in my windshield last week. Yesterday I took my car into Safelite. They wanted to charge me $138 and I couldn't get in for a week! Thank goodness, I found Abolute and I'm so glad! They fixed it on the spot for only $40! I stood in SaFelipe for a half hour while the surly attendant sat on his computer.
