Upon arrival and test drive, we discovered that not only was there a vibration in the steering, the reverse camera that was listed as a feature on the vehicle was not functional. Not only did Schimmer not offer to deduct the cost of the repair of the camera from the selling price, they refused to do so even after I offered to still buy the car - minus the cost of the camera. My family has bought cars from Schimmers for years, however, with the most resent run in with their…read moreservicing department, my family will take our business elsewhere. They had my car for numerous days, set unrealistic expectations, missed a huge issue, my check engine light came in the day after it was serviced on a long trip. After telling them about the issue they missed, they were going to "make it right" and they have stopped returning our phone calls. They have now missed out on an entire family taking our business there for the next 30 years or so. If you're local go somewhere else, dealing with there servicing department alone is not worth it.
