Setup an appointment after hearing great things about Bearded Bastard. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it on time due to a meeting that went a little long. Seems 15 mins late equals full charge and flat cancellation. I booked both a beard and haircut but didn't even get the option to at least get one done because I was "tardy". Seems unreasonable as a beard trim takes 15 mins and I was booked for over an hour. Ah well, if that is how the policy is enforced so be it. I won't book again. read more

Zero Respect for their clients. Went a few times and paid high for their service. Recently I made an appointment a few days out and when I knew that I needed to change the appointment time, I tried calling 5+ times, tried to do their "Manage your reservation" link via email which just allowed me to book again for a brand new appointment. When I finally did get in touch with them (15 minutes after the appointment started is when they reached out to me), they said I would be charged for this appointment and the next. I responded that they have Zero ways of changing an appointment after I make it and have Zero ways of getting in contact with them. They did not respond to me after and I saw the $40 go out of my bank account the same second. **Tip for any others that decide to use them and run into my situation (you will if you ever need to change or cancel your appointment), hit them by calling your bank and disputing the charge. It will get your $40 refunded that they should not have charged you in the first place and it will hit them with a $69 additional administrative fee due to their merchant account. *UPDATE: They returned back to me a few hours later and provided a refund. read more
