Seriously -- it's a masterclass in how to get absolutely nothing done while confidently having no idea what's going on. I purchased my car here in April. Fast forward to May 24th -- blew a tire. No big deal, right? I had the foresight to purchase a tire and wheel warranty when I bought the car. You'd think that would make this an easy process. Oh, you sweet, naïve soul. Enter Dustin and Rick, the service manager -- and I use manager loosely, because managing anything seems wildly outside his skillset. These two couldn't find my warranty anywhere. Poof. Vanished. Like a magician's trick, except instead of applause, all you get is delays and migraines. Then, in a moment of pure, unfiltered genius, Rick tells me there's a $150 deductible and that the warranty doesn't cover cosmetic wheel damage. Only problem? He was quoting a warranty this dealership hasn't sold in over three years. Three. Years. And who had to enlighten him? Me -- after calling my salesperson and getting the real information. Because apparently, the service manager has no idea what products his own dealership sells. You truly can't make this up. And here's where it gets downright insulting. 11 days later, I still don't have my car back. Eleven. Days. Over a tire. I've watched entire homes get built faster than these clowns can fix a wheel. Their mysterious, elusive "wheel guy" comes once a week, and somehow didn't get to my car last week. Now we're into this week, and no one can confirm if the mythical wheel guy is even gracing the dealership with his presence today. Eleven days. For a tire. I cannot stress enough how wildly unacceptable and embarrassing this is for a professional dealership. Honestly, I'd have a better shot handing my keys to a 22-year-old meth head at Jiffy Lube. At least he'd have the decency to wreck it quickly instead of stringing me along for a week and a half. The fact that a service manager has no idea what his dealership sells, can't coordinate a basic tire repair, and thinks it's fine to leave a customer without their vehicle for 11 days over a flat is beyond belief. This isn't a joke. It's not exaggerated. It's just Honda Cars of Bellevue being tragically, spectacularly bad at what they do. If you like wasting your time, being lied to, and dealing with a service department that would lose a race to a snail with a limp, this is your place. Otherwise -- stay far, far away. Update: I just found out the wheel guy won't be coming in today... because of the weather. Now, before you picture some catastrophic, end-of-days scenario, let me clarify -- it's 60° and drizzling. I had to actually step outside to make sure I wasn't missing a biblical flood, an alien invasion, or a solid 30 inches of snow. Nope. Just a little drizzle and the kind of mild weather that even house cats would be fine in. And yet somehow, that's enough to derail this already tragic operation. 12 days and counting... over a tire...

I purchased my previous HRV from here after going to Superior Honda. The folks at Superior weren't friendly and unwilling to work with me so I chose Honda Bellevue. Both experiences have been great.

I found an SUV that was perfect for my needs a a second vehicleI, but it had a few minor issues. Most dealers especially BHPH places say it is strictly as is. Nope not Alan, he's going to fix those minor issues and hopefully I'll be in my new ride tomorrow. I just bought an F-150 from a major local car dealer and now I wish I'd found Alan before I bought from them. I highly recommend Dino Auto sales and when rating BHPH, they get 10 stars in my book, but alas I can only give 5. Oh, and he is in no way the cheesy, greesey, fast talking, trickster that you usually run into in this kind of dealership. He's not out to take advantage of the under-banked with less than stellar credit, he really enjoys what he does and honestly wants to help you get into a car, not just take your money. He doesn't even charge interest on the loan - NOBODY, does that.

My exceptional salesman, Jayson Neeley, offered to pick me up at Eppley Airfield, in Omaha, Nebraska so that I could purchase and drive my wife's new car back to northern Illinois, 461 miles away. Unfortunately, my first jet at Chicago O'hare International Airport at 6AM was unable to take off. After 3.5 hours everyone was told to get off the aircraft and try to find another flight. My new ticket had me flying to Denver, Colorado with a 5 hour layover and then to Eppley Airfield in Omaha, NE. Even though my flight time was delayed four different times because of the snow storm in Denver. Jayson Neeley showed up at 9:22 p.m. at Eppley Airfield, Omaha, NE and picked me up and dropped me off at my hotel on his own time (on a Friday Night). He was fantastic and helpful from the very first conversation we had over the phone to teaching me what all of the high tech functions of our new vehicle are! There isn't enough words to express my gratitude for Jayson Neeley and Edwards Chevrolet General Manager that made my new car buying experience incredibly memorable! I work M-F, 7-4pm- so in order to get this part replaced, I am expected and required to take off work! Seriously?!!! Corwin refused to do anything about it, which I finally consented was fair, being as it was a used vehicle which I bought "as is where is". Upon closer inspection, the vehicle had a laundry list of issues. Two months later, I went to a local Toyota dealership to have some routine maintenance done, and was very surprised when they pulled up the TOYOTA service record for the vehicle and informed me that it had a service record as long as my arm, which included multiple removals and replacements of the front bumper and grill, DONE BY CORWIN AUTO. Do not do business at Corwin auto, they are crooks.

They said the car would be in on Wednesday at the latest. They called me and said that it would be in by the weekend. I called Edwards and they said by mid next week. I called Edwards again and they said that the shipping company is backed up and it would be in by the weekend. No car. I called again and asked for a courtesy car, (I had an offer on my current vehicle at the time and needed to sell it), and they told me they would take care of me, which they did. The car eventually came in two and a half weeks after I initially signed the papers. This isn't generally Edwards' fault BUT they need to manage a customer's expectations a lot better. Just send a driver to where the car was initially, (I forwent that so it could be shipped here and save some miles on the brand new car), or hire a different shipping company. Edwards made it right with getting me a rebate and setting me up with a sweet courtesy vehicle for a hew days, but still, that's a long time to wait for a car that I could have driven to and got it back in a day. Due to their really good prices on vehicles and their location, I will continue to go back to Edwards.

We were constantly having to reach out to service to get help and updates. We went to the dealership to talk in person and they attempted to get my mom in a NEW car or newer car, including an electric car. They really tried to convince her to go that route and she declined. They ran her credit so many times without her knowing and she received several notices in the mail from creditors after the fact. Eventually, my mom decided to get the car fixed and the warranty covered a portion of the new transmission. We finally were able to get some cost lowered for service. We also attempted to reach general manager and left voicemail and never received a call back. I finally went to the dealership and spoke to him in person and he lowered the price but it was not communicated to Brock because he was unaware when we finally picked up the car. First, I must back up and say that once the new transmission got it, then the car was sent to Ford to get programmed but that was never communicated until then. When we finally picked up the car, no one in service knew of the discount the generally Manager offered and Brock was not friendly at that point. I would NEVER recommend Edwards.

Why buy a used car with a limited warranty when a new car with a full warranty was just a few thousand more After seriously researching at least 4 different types of vehicles and multiple dealerships we found our way to Woodhouse Mazda in Bellevue where we met Antonio Gaskill. We told Antonio what we were looking for and when we were looking to sign the paperwork Three things. Safety, reliability and to have my daughters name on the loan and title. We test drove a CX5. One model up from the base model and it has every safety feature we wanted plus a few more. Plus, after talking to the insurance, because of all the safety ratings that come with Mazda, insurance on a new vehicle would ONLY go up $75 a month. My daughter also wanted a white or near white color. None in stock, Antonio did tell us that there were a couple due in within a couple weeks There was NEVER any pressure. Antonio did a great job of keeping in contact and letting us know that a white CX5 was coming in. Today, about a month or so after meeting Antonio, BOTH my daughter and I signed the paperwork on a 2023 CX5. As an 18 year old, she is on the loan! That's a big deal to me and will benefit her going forward in life. Thank you Antonio and Woodhouse Mazda for working with us literally meeting each of the three requirements that we had!
