We had time to burn before our appointment nearby and stopped into this bubble tea cafe. I didn't realize the drink came with a glass cup, souvenir for our girls trip. We were greeted upon entering and ordered at the counter. Cute cafe, with rose frame wall. Also decorated sitting area on the otherside of the counter.

Super cute boba joint. They also have a location in Vernon hills. They provide glass jars for boba tea that can be kept and reused or traded in for a discount on your next purchase. I love the decor, design and packaging. Boba tastes good as well. This is conveniently located in a busy Schaumburg plaza. Highly recommend!

From signature drinks, coffee and shimmering drinks, When the menu is the wall decor, it's a must try. Bearology cafe is the only one in IL (also in Dallas & LA). Known for serving their drinks in a Mason Jar, bring back and get 10%off a drink. Resuseable stainless steel straws available too! It did not disappoint! Thank you!

Checked this place out and it was good but it didn't leave an impression on me to come back. I love the glass cup and the interior design inside, super cute. It's vibrant, floral, and girly vibe. This boba/cafe spot is worth to check out and see what the hype was about.

Its been awhile since this place went viral. And after sooo long i've finally able to try it. I got the watermelon fruit tea which i dont think other places have. I like it and would go for it again. My friend ordered the Banana smoothie and she finished it while we were there. Then she ordered the mango smoothie which she aaid was really good. Took it home to her mom and her mom finished it in less than 5 mins lol. Btw they serve the drinks in a mason jar. If you bring the jar back you get a 10% discount. Place is really cute and would be a noce place to hang out. Will definitely come back! Happy drinking!

Came here on a weekday towards late lunchtime as we had just had lunch at a restaurant nearby within the same strip mall area. Parking is shared amongst all the businesses in the strip mall, and this place is a little bit hard to find as it is towards the back of the mall if you're entering from golf. However, upon entering, I have to say that the staff here is super super friendly. We were immediately greeted, and immediately asked if we had any questions or they could help in any way, shape or form. Funny, the person I went with started, asking them questions about the plants in the store and how they kept them alive. The staff was more than obliging to answer, and was very honest about how they kept those plants alive. We ordered two drinks, and they came out very quickly and even while trying to decide what to order the staff was so helpful and helping us determine what our choices were what we could consider as well as making recommendations as to how to customize the drinks. What makes me especially happy about this place or the glass containers. if you bring them back you get 10% off your next drink which I will be definitely doing. This is such a great sustainable Eco conscious way to conduct business and I absolutely support this. Our two drinks were super tasty and delivered on exactly how we had tailored it. This is a great place to come to and such a great fine especially because it's not too far for me and top quality flavors wide menu of choices really great taste and incredible team .

Came multiple times already. Tried muddled berry tea and sesame banana before. Then tried a watermelon green tea one. Now I've tried their mango dragonfruit slushie. I love their fruit options and the glass jar is reusable and worth it. Service is quick. You can pick your drink slowly on the touch screen. There's a few tables and cute chairs. There's also a cotton candy vending machine.

For $7.50, you get the drink, free topping, and the glass cup! It's definitely worth it. The shop is super cute and there are lots of options. You order using an iPad but the staff are super fast!

I love the fact that you can get the drinks in reusable mason jars. The price is very reasonable given the mason jar. The only thing I don't like is the fact that there aren't that many choices. Very easy service with touchscreen kiosks Ambiance is very cute and casual

This is a very nice boba shop. The atmosphere definitely stands out. The cotton candy machine is a nice touch and so are the glass jars they use. Quality- I got the dragonfruit tea and the sesame seed banana smoothie. Both were pretty well made but it didn't really stand out. There was no strong flavor that stood out and tasted a bit watered down. However, it was healthy and made with natural ingredients from what I can tell. Quantity- the jars look a bit bigger on the ordering screen than what's actually given. I'm used to getting a lot more boba Atmosphere- very nice welcoming place. Service- boba came out fast and the baristas were nice.

Can't think of one bad thing about Bearology! I branched out and tried this unique place around 15 minutes away from my house. The store's location is in between Bob's Furniture and Papa John's. There was a lot of parking, as well, since Bearology is nestled between a strip mall with various stores and food places. The place is clean, simplistic, and spacious. I love how the menu is placed out on the wall with pictures for every drink. This makes it sooo much easier to choose a drink! They have sparkly drinks which looked really cute, but I opted for the huckleberry lemonade tea because the employee recommended it. She also told me to make sure I mix it well (and yes, the service is great!) The tea was so fresh, sweet, and unique! I've never had anything like it. It's also super cool that each drink is served in a glass mason jar-like cup. You get to keep it, too, so I'm totally reusing mine! Their drinks are around $7.50 and their shimmery drinks are $9. I really liked this place and I will totally be back!

I've passed by Bearology so many times and wondered what it was. The name does not tell any clues. When I finally looked it up, I was surprised to find it was a bubble tea place. I love that Bearology is conveniently located next to the asian stores and Amazon Fresh. I had just gone to Tous les Jours and decided I might as well try out some bubble tea as well. The store itself is aesthetically pleasing with white walls and what appears to be an Instagram wall. It becomes apparent that the focus here is looks, as there are several options for shimmering drinks (which can be up to $10!). Each drink comes in a glass container which obviously adds to the price of the drink. I believe if you bring the glass back, you can get 10% off your next order. But regardless, my drink was $6.75 which is pretty expensive! I tried both the thai tea and the strawberry milk tea and the flavors for both were spot on. The boba was a bit too soft for my liking. But overall, the drinks were very good. If not for how expensive it was, I would definitely come back much more often!

Initial impression wasn't great... The smell was really the main reason why. The shop itself definitely had a smell, I can't really describe what it was but it was not pleasant. There was one person working, he was polite but did not have much personality. Most of our questions were met with him telling us that we ordered "over there" as he points to the register. It just did not have a very welcoming energy. Only of our kids got ice cream as the flavors did not catch them like they had hoped it would. My Youngest got a coconut ice cream with waffle cone (she loved it), it was a subtle coconut flavor but very refreshing. My oldest daughter got a match drink w boba, hers was also good but not her favorite. I ended up getting the soft serve mix (Tofu/Black Sesame) which was definitely unique and I did enjoy it but no one else i was with did. After checking out, we were offered free stickers which was a nice gesture and I talked about their Japanese Car theme which seemed to liven up the man working momentarily. My family was not impressed but I enjoyed the experience. Very unique compared to what we are used to seeing. I would most likely return, but I am not confident my family would follow.

It was good, but I personally didn't think it tasted much like tiramisu. That said, there were so many other flavors that caught my eye, so I'm excited to come back and try more. My sister ordered the jasmine milk tea, and she really enjoyed it. She especially liked that it wasn't overly sweet. Overall, this is a fun spot with unique flavors and a great selection. We'll definitely be back to try more!

The cashier (long black hair) she had an unfriendly attitude from the start--no greeting, no smile, and it felt like she was already irritated. What made it worse was how both the cashier and the owner spoke to me. They raised their voices instead of helping. There was a promotion for 3 bakery items for $5. I accidentally selected 7 items instead of 6, and I clearly told them multiple times that I only wanted 6 and did NOT want the extra item. Instead of fixing a simple mistake calmly, they kept raising their tone at me, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect basic respect and professionalism. And yes, in case you didn't know, while it's called "International", all those nations are in Asia. We come here mainly for two things - either getting ingredients to make hot pot at home, or just eating hot pot here. They also have dry pot, which my wife and I really like as an option. You grab a basket and fill it with whatever veggies you want, then a separate one and fill it with proteins, then you pay by the weight. You can either get it hot pot style in a big bowl of hot broth, or dry pot where they cook it in the broth but serve your food already cooked. As far as the grocery selection, they have a big seafood selection and a decent butcher area. Also a lot of Asia snacks and frozen selection, and a small liquor section too. Produce is fine. But if you're making hot pot at home, they have the sliced meat, soup base, sauces, and a little frozen fish ball self-serve area. If you don't want to eat hot pot here, they serve other Asian hot dishes, and there's a bubble tea spot and bakery here, but I haven't tried anything else besides the hot pot. Sense a trend yet? It's not as big as Joong Boo, and it's bigger than the current H Mart for now but will be interesting to see how the new one compares.
