I came here for an event and it was somewhat busy. There were about 10 people inside, some already seated and enjoying their beverages. There's ample seating and spaced well apart for nice, private chats with your friends. Service was quick! There's a self-order kiosk right when you walk in, but since I was there for an event I ordered directly from the cashier. She was so sweet! I ordered two Mochi donuts as treats for my sons in addition to my event drink (I paid for the mochi donuts, not for my drink). The drink was quick and the cashier gave me a sample of the pudding topping since I can't digest the traditional black bobas. I ordered the Dalgona Matcha with pudding and lychee jelly topping. I like matcha and this was not disappointing. The cashier was taking other orders and forgot my mochi donuts. It was fine, she was the only one working the front so she was busy. She quickly remembered and bagged them up carefully for me. My sons said that the mochi donuts was good (they're teenagers so they eat almost anything). I tried a bite of each. The Oreo mochi donut kinda tasted like a regular glaze with crushed Oreos sprinkled. It was good, but missing the "Oreo" flavor. I couldn't adjust the sweetness level although it was not too sweet, although I would have liked more spices. Fell in love with this place the other day on my first visit! Upon arriving, the aesthetic is so cute and picturesque. The dining room area is spacious with glass tables, and there are empty boxes hanging on the wall, which gives the wall an Instagrammable trendy feeling. The girl at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, and she asked my husband and I if it was our first time in. It was our first time, so she explained to us that typically, you order and pay at the kiosk and then wait for your order if paying with a card or order at the counter if paying with cash. As a result, my husband and I ordered at the kiosk; I ordered a matcha latte and a Dalgona coffee (to save for the next day), and he ordered a strawberry smoothie. The matcha latte was smooth and delicious, but I would make it a bit sweeter next time since I only chose 25% sweetened. Most drinks have different customizations such as sweetness, ice amount, milk preference, and Boba. I couldn't try my husband's smoothie because I'm allergic to strawberries, but he enjoyed it, and it smelled like fresh strawberries. It was very icy and was made with real strawberries and strawberry puree. I had the Dalgona coffee the next day, and it was good, but I don't think I'd ever save it for the next day again because it was watered down from all of the ice. Definitely not their fault, though, so next time, I'd love to try the coffee fresh. My favorite thing about the experience other than the delicious drinks was the cans that the customized drinks are put into. A machine puts closes the can of your drink with a pop can tab, and the can itself is plastic instead of aluminum (other than the part you drink from). When it comes to pricing, it's definitely in the more expensive side, but honestly, chain coffee places have raised their prices so much that this place is comparable to them. My drink was between $6-7, and that's what most of the drinks here are. I'm sure you're paying for the aesthetic and the can, too. Overall, I'll definitely be back here because I truly enjoyed the drinks and the experience. Came here for the first time on a weekday after lunch rush hour. It was happy to find no line. I ordered the Oreo, coffee smoothie as well as the Uber muchi donut. The young man behind the counter was very friendly, and was wearing a mask which I find to be good. He had made the drinks, and it was less than seven minutes later, and everything was ready. I took a seat and had a sip and let me tell you the flavor in the drink is very dominant and very good. The Uber mochi donut leaves a little bit to be desired as you don't really taste the Ube, and it is also covered in some coconut shavings as well. Would definitely return and try out more of the menu, and what intrigue me for my next visit are the cheesecake bao. Parking example as it is located in the streets of Woodfield strip mall area. I am sure during busier times parking would be a challenge. Just bland, which really turned me off. Their donuts were hard and chewy, but not in a good way. The frosting was crusty and it was just not it. Service was okay and took a long time, but that could be because it was crowded. Plus we ordered on the digital so I can't really tell you for sure, but seeing the cashier, they didn't look too happy doing their job. This is a fun boba tea and mochidonut shop located in the streets of woodfield. They have 15 min parking right out front or there is a large parking lot a little further if those spots are full. There are lots of options to choose from - they have several menus consisting of different teas,coffees, Mochi donuts and other desserts as well. You are able to order from a kiosk or there is also a counter if you want to place your order with someone instead. These drinks are very unique - I have not had anything like this from other boba tea shops. The drinks are tasty, fun and there's something to try for everyone. Plenty of parking in the main lot. The placed was very crowded. Not enough seating. They have kiosks to place your order. All of the staff seemed frazzled by the amount of orders. Disappointed that only three varieties of Mochi donuts left. It was a very long 45-minute wait for our order of 1/2 dozen Mochi donuts and one Strawberry Mango Bobba. Way too long to wait for stale Mochi Donuts. The problem was not in staffing because I counted at least 5. The problem is their process. I heard about the cheesecake baos and was intrigued by the unique concept. We only tried two sweet ones, the taro and the cookies and cream. Both were warm and gooey inside which was kind of a fun texture. They were pretty good I think? I'm not huge on sweets so anything past a pretty low threshold of sweetness is too sweet for me. I'm curious about the everything bagel one and pizza since those are savory and seem to be the most novel concepts for a bao. Next time perhaps.
