I don't like to get that ink on my body and I told him I didn't want to get stamped. Ordered a drink was there for at least an hour before Manager came up to me and told me I needed to get stamped. I asked if I could get stamped on a napkin or something else because I don't want my body stamped. She said I had to have a stamp on my body. At that point, I objected as I've always been allowed to go without a stamp. I am 55 years old and it's obvious I am of age to drink. This harassment is ridiculous. I was banned from the establishment for my refusal to get a stamp and even if I was allowed back would never return. Keep treating customers like this kings and you'll be out of business before long.

She served all the tables around us, even sitting and chatting with customers or friends numerous times, despite the restaurant being packed and tables not receiving service. My group wanted to get food and drinks. Since the restaurant was crowded and our server hadn't come to our table for around 10 minutes after we sat down, we ordered our first round of drinks at the bar. No big deal. What frustrated us was when the server completely ignored or disregarded us MULTIPLE times as we politely tried to get her attention to order food. Ivy would walk right past us when she could clearly hear us trying to get her attention, or she would just look at us and then look away, as if doing her job wasn't worth her time. My friend went up to her to ask if she could take our order, and Ivy only told her something along the lines of "not right now." After around 30-40 minutes of sitting at the table, we realized we weren't going to get food from Ivy, so we moved to another server's section. I wish I could remember our second server's name, because she came up to us within maybe 1-2 minutes to ask for our orders and was genuinely so nice to us!! We told her about how rude Ivy had been, and the server apologized and said that apparently Ivy was like that a lot. My friends and I literally did nothing that would have caused Ivy to be rude to us. Ivy just decided that she would rather sit and talk with friends while on the job instead of serving us, then treat us like dirt on her shoe when we ask for food.

For two people with two very sad steaks, one side each, bread, and 3 coronas came out to over $200. Ordered a rare filet, it was served medium. It was covered in seasoning I assume to mask the poor quality of the filet. My husband got the ribeye and complained of a very odd taste in his mouth the whole time. I could've ordered the exact same meal at outback for half the price and had a better experience. The cold untoasted bread they served that you had to pay for literally looked and smelled like bagged sliced bread. We were one of 3 tables the entire 2 hours we were there. It took almost an hour to get our steaks with only 2 tables there before us. It took our waitress about 10 minutes to just run our card and finish our check so we could leave. She took her sweet time either being on her phone or getting drinks for other tables etc while we were waiting. My husband said he's never seen a slower moving waitress and it was insane how long everything took considering there were only 6 other people in the entire restaurant. When they did get some music to play, they played the same 3 very obnoxious jazz songs on repeat, and the volume varied the entire time. Sometimes it was too loud to hear each other talk, then there'd be a gap of silence for about 5 mins, then the music would start playing at such a low level you could hear the waitress's phone playing youtube clear across the restaurant. One of the saddest overpriced dining experiences I've had in a long time. You could tell the second you walk in that no one really gives a crap. The tables are very awkwardly placed, the lighting was unpleasant, there was one light going through a flicker cycle the whole night. All the bar chairs (which no one was sitting in) were haphazard and everything just looked like it was falling apart or unkempt. It's sad because you could really do a lot with this space, but whoever is managing this place is running it into the ground. You can tell based on the fact that they had a total of 4 tables the entirety of Saturday night that this place won't last much longer. I'll be shocked if it lasts through the year.

On another visit, we had the pleasure of interacting with Tyler, the manager, who was equally professional and made sure everything was just right. It's not always easy dining out with dietary concerns, but the staff here handled it with care and attention, which made the experience that much better.
