We were driving from Florida back to Wisconsin and got a flat tire just past the Georgia boarder. Called Discount Tire and they had my tire in stock and could get us in ASAP. Ended up getting four new tires and we're in and out within an hour. They were so kind and helpful, especially Aiden, during a time that can be really stressful for a family with 15 hours of driving left. Ben gave me professional, courteous, look-you-in-the-eye and give you a solid handshake kind of service. They know their stuff. They worked me in as a walk-in on a very busy day. One of the cleanest, most efficient garages I've seen. Great internet service: they've got a counter with plug ins for your phone and laptop and a window to watch your car being serviced in the garage. Somebody took the time and effort to plan this out for a great customer experience. Kudos. And on top of all that, they rotated my tires for free! More than pleased. Super easy to get an appointment ( same day!) on thier website. Went in to get a tire checked for maybe a leak or bad vald stem. Turned out to be nothing, just low pressure. They took off the spare that was put on, refilled original tire and checked the pressure of the other 3 tires. Very quick service, all the techs I spoke with were very friendly. Cleanest tire shop I've ever visited . More importantly though their staff was helpful , friendly & went above and beyond. They didn't have the tires I needed in stock that day and I didn't have time to order them and wait so they called around and located them at ANOTHER tire store for me locally and I purchased them and brought them back to Discount Tires to have them installed . This place is great! They will put air in your tires for free! I purchased my tires in California with American Tires. Bring your vehicle here they treat you right! I went in today on 9/13/23 to get my front driver side tire patched or plugged. The young man helping me checked my tires and said the front two are falling apart. He then said that they couldn't do anything and that he highly recommends I get them replaced ASAP. I told him I have the original stocked tires since the ones I currently have are from rent a wheel so I don't need to buy new ones. He then acted like he didn't care about not even helping me. So I took my car to Marquez Tire Shop and they helped me on the spot and said nothing was wrong with them. They just needed rotation and the patch for the tire. They got me in and out and for a really great price! So I do NOT recommend this lying establishment that just wants to make sales and not help a customer. I took my car in for tire balancing and rotation. The salesman tried, tried, and tried to sell me a cheap whole new set of tires that I didn't need. I took my car down the street and got the balancing and rotation. The second place recorded my tread depth as deeper than Discount Tire did. I've "been around the block" enough times to recognize a "flim-flam" operation when I witness one: and Discount Tire is one of those. read more

They patched the tire in only a fifteen minute wait and then......no charge wonderful young efficient, respectful men.
