My truck was taken immediately in to the shop. Taylor contacted me several times through the week with updates. Four days later, he called me to let me know that my truck was ready to pick up. That quick turn around time was amazing. When I send a truck out for third party repairs, I always inspect them when they return. It was FLAWLESS! This already being a fairly new truck, I knew where the damage was but I could not tell the difference between what was repaired and what was original. The driver even asked me if they replaced the entire hood or just fix the damage. The first horrible woman hung up on me after being so horribly rude. When I first called she BIT MY HEAD OFF when I asked if I could speak with the owner. She said "Can a woman not be an owner of a body shop???". WHO SAYS THAT? Understanding that they probably thought it was a scam...I decided to call back and beg them to at least hear me out. This time the owner answered and she wouldn't even listen. She couldn't even give me 2 minutes of her time. She was just as horrifically awful as the first. I honestly couldn't believe how evil they both were to me. I am a Paramedic and doing nice things like this helps me decompress and escape from the horrid that I experience. SHAME ON THEM! He replaced the transmission but it still doesn't act right has transmission fault in it. Motor still pours oil I don't know if the rear main seal was changed or not. They kept my car for about a week, and during that time I had to spend a significant amount of money on Ubers and Lyfts because I had no vehicle. I was repeatedly told they were waiting on a part that hadn't arrived. Eventually, they called to say my car was finished. I paid approximately $2,000 and was waiting for them to bring my car around. After about 20 minutes, they came back and told me they actually needed to order another part but I could drive my car for now. The check engine light was still on. It took about another week for that part to arrive. Then I was told it would cost around another $2,000. At that point, I tried to work out some kind of solution or discount with them because of everything that happened. As of the time I'm writing this review, I have not received a response despite attempts to follow up. What disappointed me most was the communication throughout the process. Being told my car was finished, paying for the repair, and then finding out more repair parts were needed. Combined with the delays, additional transportation costs, and the lack of follow-up afterward, this was not the level of service I expected. This review reflects my personal experience. I hope the shop is able to improve its communication and customer service going forward.
