We were promptly seated and handed one hand written daily menu with the Meat Special of the day (which was Meatloaf), along with the available sides. There were two menus clipped to the wall but three members in our party. I stole one from a nearby table without anyone noticing. The prices seemed very reasonable ($10~) for most lunch items. They serve Coke products (no Coke Zero, sadly). Our orders were promptly taken. I ordered some 'Pot Sticker' (4) with soy sauce and a Club Sandwich. I usually order a Club Sandwich to evaluate a diner, but I'm also a fan of Pot stickers and a fatty so I grabbed some of those as well. My faithful companions ordered a Happy Burger and a Philly Cheese Steak. The sandwiches didn't say that they came with fries (unlike other menu items), so that was an unexpected bonus. The wait staff was pleasant but not exactly friendly. My food came out after an interminable time. The Pot sticker was... not good. Probably the second worst Pot stickers/dumplings/goyza that I've ever had. My wife is half asian and her mom ran multiple Chinese food restaurants whens he was growing up, so I eat them.fairly often both frozen and in restaurants (as well as home made when I visit the Mother in Law) and these dumplings were bad. The 'soy sauce' was worse. I could only identify it as soy sauce because the menu said the pot stickers came with soy sauce. When I dunked half a pot sticker in the sauce it came up stained black like a sinners soul and the sauce tasted like fish sauce or motor oil. To sanity check, I insisted one of my coworkers also try one and they were also repulsed. Said it was horrible. The rest of the food (at least main courses) were great! I enjoyed my club sandwich a lot. Little small, but cheese was melted and it was delicious. Fries looked like Ore-Ida very bright yellow) and came out without salt or seasoning but that was something I could fix with three generous shakes of a salt shaker. My companions enjoyed their meal (a Happy burger and a Philly cheese steak) a lot. One said the Philly cheese steak was 7 or 8/10, the other said the burger was one of the best he'd had. The interior was a little hot and stuff, interior a little dirty/greasy -- very much a 'greasy spoon'. There's a great value proposition as long as you avoid asian food, and the main courses are tasty. Give it a shot at least once.

I got word they were gonna be parked at a place not too far from where I live, so I made the drive over to check it out. Get Loaded offers loaded...everything! Pretty much any medium that's ripe for toppings, they do it. Loaded fries, loaded potatoes, loaded nachos, and loaded fry breads are their main offerings. Loading combos vary but are available across all bases; I recall BBQ, buffalo chicken, queso, bacon, etc. All of it sounded good. They were fairly busy but doing a great job politely encouraging customers to practice social distancing. I was impressed at how carefully the gentleman who took my order handled the payments; he would simply offer the device through which you'd swipe your card out of the window. He never touched the card at all! All the staff was wearing gloves, too. I tried the queso fries: waffle fries loaded up with queso, ranch, bacon, and jalapeños. Overall, I liked them a good deal. The queso was white queso (my favorite - no fake nacho cheese for me, please!) and the jalapeños gave it a pretty strong kick. I could've done with the bacon being a liiiittle bit crispier and in slightly larger chunks. The majority of my fries were cooked to a perfect crispness, but a couple of the bigger ones had a slightly rubbery quality. One warning: this is food to be eaten as soon as it's delivered to your hands. I'm glad I sat in the car and ate mine, because it would've gotten soggy on the way home. Still, it was really tasty fresh. I got my boyfriend some buffalo chicken nachos that I brought back to the house. These held up surprisingly well, better even than my fries held up in the 10-15 minutes it took me to eat them. The buffalo chicken was chunked up in bite size pieces and was juicy and flavorful. Overall, I'd definitely visit this food truck again. I hope they continue to see success - I'd love to try out some fry bread one day. Second, the portion was great for the price. Third, the flavor of the sauce & seasoning was fantastic. The staff was so nice. I think the only thing I would change would be to make it pulled chicken. I'm very picky about German food and decided it would probably be for the best that I stick to their regular menu. This truck styles itself as Nicaraguan and American fusion. They have familiar offerings like Philly cheesesteaks and cheeseburgers, and then more Central American fare like pollo asado or Nicaraguan-seasoned mojo pork. I was most intrigued by their Valenciana rice: rice with peas, shredded chicken, carrots, and pork sausage. This meal is served with two dinner rolls. So that's what I ordered. The woman running the register was very warm and I was pleased and surprised at how quickly my food came out despite them being relatively busy. My main detractor of the whole experience was that I am not sure if the portion size matched the price. About $15 for relatively inexpensive ingredients (the chicken and sausage being the most expensive thing in the dish -- that said, neither was especially abundant) and the size of the dish was pretty small. The picture I posted makes the rice look more plentiful than it was; there wasn't any extra rice beneath the two rolls. I was satisfied after eating it for lunch, but wouldn't have been if it were dinner (dinner tends to be my largest meal of the day), and you might not be either if you're packing a large appetite. Price and portion size aside, I thought the food was quite good. The rice was fluffy and the sausage was tender. I discovered a few bites in that I enjoyed opening up the rolls and stuffing them with the rice mixture -- a very carby sandwich, as it were. The sausage gave the dish a unique sweetness that I liked. It wasn't spicy, but it was certainly flavorful.
