I took my first class wIth Cheryl and received a warm welcome and a challenging class that continues to push me. I've actually become a regular in her class. I've also taken the Power Pilates class twice and I'm pleased to announce that though it was my first time I found it to be a great workout. I've taken the Restorative Yoga class after having a member recommend it. The instructor of that class was Kia( she also taught my second Pilates class) she welcomed me and answered my questions after the class. If you are looking for a new place for your workouts I would definitely recommend visiting. Stephanie, the manager, is wonderful and kind and will help in any way she can. Also the ladies that workout here are extremely nice and helpful. Many times someone will bring a mat or piece of equipment to me, just being nice.

The trainers are very personable with each customer that comes in, you get a customize workout each day. I love coming in the morning and they ask what do you want today? If I know it's going to be a tough day at work I ask for a circuit workout with a timer. I I'm look for some different but lite, I may get intervals. There's never a shortage of the various types of exercises that you can do so you don't get bored. The trainers are always coming up with new challenges as well as new meal plans. When I go in in the morning it's between the hours of 6 to 8pm (45 minutes) and I'm never there with more than five people.
