FYI - I only went there again after my first time because I made the mistake of getting a "deal" by buying $200 in gift certificates. 1st video - Judy the manager incessantly yelled at me on Sept 12 when there were no customers there, she finally toned down after I started filming this. As my mother tried to get him off of me, I had to witness Judy punching my mom twice and holding her as the owner put me in a chokehold. He finally let up after I was able to get the camera on, but then he took the camera away from me. She scheduled my appointment for the next day, cancels it 30 minutes before. Ok, things happen right, even though i felt like she could have communicated with me earlier. We reschedule for monday, i show up, huge building, never told me what floor or suite, i called her, phone is off, i left a voicemail, no call back. Yup, made me go all the way over there, to Paterson, lovely town to be wondering, for nothing. I told her i was going on my work lunch break, she had no regard for other people time or schedules. Would %100 not recommend.
