Absolutely love Beaucoup! So happy I found them. The ladies are wonderful, down to earth, helpful, friendly and take the time to speak with you and know your name. I love the fact they try on the clothing in their App. It helps me to know what size to purchase when I do in store buying. Which cuts down on my returns. Broke the woman in charge of this establishment became very irate and speaking about their father who passed away.. while sad still confused me because all I was talking about was my order. She told me no refund and then hung up the phone. read more

Everyone that works in the store is so friendly and helpful! This is one of my favorite places to shop when I need a gift but I have no idea what to get. There is a ton of cute, giftable stuff and they gift wrap. The clothing selection in store is just okay. There is WAY better stuff on their app. If you do decide to shop via the app it's worth mentioning their return police. It's store credit only. This is a big negative to me. I can't try on before I buy and if something doesn't fit I can't only get store credit. I really wish they would improve the return police or have more merchandise in store to try on. read more

Cute clothes but overpriced, especially when I know how much things cost wholesale. I completely agree with Sonya who says she gets an unwelcome vibe and feels like she's intruding on a secret club. I especially felt this way when I went to pick up a dress purchased online. I had to ask three different people before someone was willing to go get it. I felt like they couldn't be bothered and they would rather speak with each other than help me. This is not how you should treat people who come to your store. Won't be back. read more

Best Little Gem Ever! This is one of "go-to" places. They have in recent months significantly added to their women's clothing and it is a welcomed addition by me. I can always find something in clothing or accessories in a price range that I have in mind. Some things are higher end (linen is not inexpensive - ever), some are moderate and some are what I call inexpensive, or affordable. The buyer are savvy. They purchase trends with classic vibes, so their selections can be worn by young and older women. Their jewelry is wonderful. So art based. Most of the jewelry is not inexpensive, but it certainly is well-priced for the pieces. If you "Instagram" be sure to watch daily for the new arrivals. Great gift items. I can always find something fun and unique. I have always been greeted and helped each time I shop here....but not hovered over, which I appreciate! This store carries super cute things but their prices are a bit high. I love stopping by when I'm in the area. I'm only giving 3 stars because I always get an unwelcoming vibe when I'm there.
