I backed into a gate and blew my rear Window. There was a dent just below the bottom seam that made it almost impossible to repair. I took it to Beaudry's and less than a week later they had a new tail-gate of the exact same color as my vehicle. I took it in on a Saturday morning and it was done later that afternoon. Their attention to detail is impeccable. The car looked great; they washed and vacuumed the entire vehicle, not just the glass out of the back. On the recommendation of my insurance company (Liberty Mutual), I took my vehicle to Beaudry's. This auto body shop is a long-time family business. Upon reflection, I believe the family knows what they're doing, but their employees are lazy and reckless. Additionally, if something turns out wrong, the ownership has no integrity to make it right. In my opinion, if it will cost Beaudry's more money, they would prefer that you pound sand. I turned in my 2010 VW EOS Lux on a Monday morning with driver's side left rear panel damage about the size of a football (the car was parked and it was a hit-and-run) and Enterprise Rent-A-Car picked me up from the auto body shop. I received a telephone call late Saturday morning saying that the car was ready. Enterprise was now closed, but the office said it would be fine to leave the car rental at their shop over the weekend. The car looked great. It looked like new. They even went above and beyond and polished up some scratches on my rear bumper. The car started a bit sluggish, but I thought it was a fluke. The next morning, the battery was dead as a doornail. I knew almost immediately what had happened. My car has a kill switch that needs to be turned on to start the car, but turned off after the car is started. They knew all this, but I believe the body shop workers moved the car and forgot to turn off the switch, which murdered the battery. Then they hid this problem by charging the battery right before I picked up the car on Saturday. To make matters worse, Enterprise Rent-A-Car called a few day later to inform me that the rental had almost a thousand dollars worth of front bumper damage. I certainly didn't damage the rental. So I believe that one of the auto body employees moved the rental car into their secured lot Saturday afternoon and hit something. I called and told the owner's son all this and he didn't believe me. He told me that car battery's can die at any time and that no one at his shop crashed my rental car. I would recommend going elsewhere. They do beautiful work, but if there is a problem, you are completely out of luck. read more

Mike at Beaudry's was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, easy to work with and worked with insurance company. USAA recommended these people to us and after I read the reviews we decided to go to them. The only cool thing they do is send you texts about updates with your car, even though the timing was off on when they said it would be done. After a lot of confusion with our insurance place with our car we decided to still go with this place even though it was taken to the Subaru dealership. Let's just say I wish we kept it at the Subaru dealership. These people are so rude, especially Mike! He kept trying to accuse my husband of racing his car and that's why his alignment off. Umm no he was in an accident that's why his alignment is off. This place knew my husbands alignment was off and still returned the car to us. We let USAA know and then Mike called saying oh yeah we already have the part ordered. AWESOME So you knew the entire time his car wasn't fixed properly. Then Mike says if you don't race on a track why do you care if your car pulls ! What a joke. I told a few people about his remarks and would never recommend this Place to anyone! A true American business, the one your grandparents told you about. They know you by name and take pride in their work and opportunity to help. The customer service is top notch and surprisingly refreshing! I was in an accident with our 2013 mustang, rear ended so hard it shoved me into the car ahead. The damage was pretty extensive and to be perfectly honest, at the time I the accident, seeing our car in shambles that we worked so hard for, well yeah, it was rough. Beaudry's kept us informed every step of the way, we never pondered what they were doing or how it was going because they were two steps ahead in letting us know where they were at in progress. When we picked the car up, I was nearly speechless, it looked brand new. (And detailed, just as the other reviewers pointed out). Not only was the work done to perfection, they explained every aspect of what was done and the pricing behind it. Bottom line is, If you're on the search for a great auto repair shop... my wifes van was in a collision the insurance company told us to take it elsewhere but we refused and decided to go to beaudrys and we are happy we did. The service was excellent and easy the van needed a new fender and repainting it came out looking great you cant even tell where the repair was done. also when they completed the job they delivered the van back to my house cleaner than weve seen it in years and returned our rental for us a great help as it would have been a pain for my wife with 3 small kids in tow. Take the time to read this review because you'll be amazed to hear about my experience with these people. So one day while washing my car I realized that somebody had hit it in a parking lot and did $1,100 worth of damage to my car and didn't leave a note. This was VERY distressing to me. I was really upset. USAA recommended this collision shop to me and I said "ok". So here's all the things that stuck out to me that I loved about these people: 1. Homey waiting room. From the moment I was in, I was greeted with a smile and cold bottle of water. Their waiting room has a personal touch to it which made me feel like I wasn't just a number. 2. Generous business people. As I stated, somebody did a significant amount of damage to my vehicle and it was going to be a lot just to take care of that. While I was there I thought I'd ask them to touch up a couple other places on my vehicle. They said sure and I walked around the car showing them the areas I wanted touched up. We went into the office and they gave me the estimate of $1,100 and I was shocked because I wasn't expecting it to be so much. The owner (Mike) explained everything they were going to do to the car and why it was so much and it all sounded very fair so I said ok. I then asked how much the extra touch ups I requested added to the bill and the Mike said, "Don't worry about those. We'll do those for free. The 1,100 is just for the damage you came in for.". I was shocked by that. There were quite a few places I wanted touched up and my paint color is hard to match. Instantly, they made a terrible situation a little less harder to deal with. 3. Work ethic & customer service. When I was sitting at Mikes desk I saw a sign saying, "You are not an outside of our business. You are part of it. We are not doing you a favor by working on your vehicle. You're doing us the privilege of allowing us to work on your car." This is how every business should treat their customer. What's even better then them having this on their desk was the fact that they backed it up with how they treated me and my car. 4. Speedy work. They estimated that if I brought my car into them on a monday morning they would have it back to me friday of the same week. Very reasonable and totally expected that. Tuesday I get a call saying that everything went great with my car and that I could pick it up wednesday. I had just started a new job so their speedy work really made my life easier. 5. INCREDIBLE quality of work. The work they did was flawless. It was as if my car had just rolled off the assembly line. It almost looked as if it was better than before I bought it when it was new. 6. Quick check out. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. Also, they offer a 5% discount if you pay in cash. I took that option and when I handed the money to the Mike, he didn't count it in front of me. Very professional of him to do that because it could have looked as if he may not have trusted his customer to give him the correct balance. I had to ask him to count it to make sure I didn't short change him accidentally. 7. Extra accommodations. So I had just checked out when I got in my car and realized that it had been detailed. This was noticeable since I had been to the beach the day before and had gotten sand on the inside. I got out of my car and asked if they had cleaned the inside for me and they said yes. They did that just for FREE. Just to treat their customer's like royalty. 8. Friendly!!!!!!!!!! I had made a connection with the owner (Mike's wife, Marilyn) on my first visit there because we were talking about our german shepherds. She was SOOO sweet and we had a nice chat while I was waiting for my car to be done getting looked at during the estimate portion of my first visit. Anyways, I left their shop after picking up my car wednesday night and got a call from them a 5 minutes after I left. It was Marilyn. She called to say she was sorry she missed me (she was in the back of the shop so I didn't get to see her) and that she had a rose she wanted to give me. For no reason. Just because she remembered me. This family/company made a stressful experience into a good memory of meeting sweet, hardworking, honest people. If I ever have any other work that needs to be done on my cars I am taking it Beaudry's for sure and so should you. read more

I was haveing alot of trouble installing an aftermarket hood on my 4runner. I went to a different body shop place that was closer to me (julian) and they said they would have to drill holes into my hood hinges and charge me 200 dollars just to align it and do that. That was insane because I was already over budget on this experience. So I got a recommendation from my coworker to bring it to beaudrys and I called them after they closed and told me to come in even though it was a 30 minute drive so it would be way past closing time. I came into the shop and was pleasantly surprised by fresh home made cookies and a cool bottle of water. The owner came out (I think it was the owner) and he was super friendly. He said it was an easy fix and it took him 10 minutes and it was fixed! I asked how much I owe him and he said nothing at all! I have been very fortunate to have found the Beaudry's Autobody Repair in Oceanside, CA. The family owned operation is amazing and refreshing to see. For some reason I have a knack for obtaining rear end damage (not extensive) to my vehicles. When they see me walking through the door, I'm sure it is no surprise. From my BMW to my Lexus to my husband's truck they have always gone above and beyond to make our vehicles look new again. Perhaps a rear backup devise might be in order for me or in a future car, but until that time, I know that if and when I need a vehicle repair that is top notch, I will be certain to return to Beaudry's Autobody Repair. If you want the job done right, this is the place for you. I have an older Unique vehicle and it was treated as good as the luxury custom car beside it. The family truly cares about taking care of you and your vehicle.Others had said it would never be perfect. They were wrong. The owner himself repaired it and the quality of paint was better than my original. The damage was in a very difficult area and my vehicle is older and most would not have the expertise to fix it. It is a rare model and I plan on keeping it and wanted it done right. They surpassed my expectations and I felt like they repaired it as it it was one of their own vehicles, and I was treated like a member of their family. I highly recommend them. read more

Excellent quality work. Caring and professionally family run business. Went out of their way to work with our insurance, car rental agency, and us. We originally took our 21 year old Mitsubishi 3000 GT VR4 to a different well known collision center recommended by our insurance company after the front bumper, light and and hood was damaged. The other center wouldn't/couldn't find all the replacement parts and then our insurance company wanted to total our beloved car after under-assessing the car's value. Beaudry's was able to quickly locate all the parts needed (why couldn't the other center do this?) and prove that the vehicle had been under valued to our insurance. As a result, we were able to repair the damage through our insurance. We also had them repair and repaint the entire car. The car now looks gorgeous and like something that should be sitting in a showroom. It was a lot of work for them but they took a lot of pride in their work. They also showed the same level of commitment, attention to quality, and going beyond the expected level of service with our family van when it was also damaged (while the 3000 GT VR4 was being worked on). I just had a busted side mirror, nothing life threatening but I needed it fixed for inspections. I went in and they were able to obtain a new mirror for me within two days, brand new, at a good price. I was working crazy hours that weekend and I needed my car mirror fixed by 1100am and so I took my car in as soon as they opened at 800am and asked the mechanic, Alex, if there was any way it could be done by 1100am. He told me he could get it done and that he would do it himself instead of having one of the other technitians do it and he would call me at 1030am to let me know the progress. By 1000am I received a call from their secretary saying that my car was done and I could pick it up anytime. I couldn't believe they got it done so fast and the prices are fantastic. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for great prices and dedication to a job well done. I don't know why you would go anywhere else around here. read more
