This is the first time that I go to color Crafters that was recommended to me by another shop from across the street where I had extensive mechanical work done on our truck to get it all refreshed with new fluids and safer on the road, color Crafters help me replace the step bumper on the back of the truck and a couple of other things plus the sprayed on installment of the bed liner which was much needed, as you can tell from the picture this is not a brand new truck but I felt that they gave her the importance as if it was for us it's important to have this truck for our needs and I really appreciate the transparency on value pricing and of course I was also very open about my budget and they explained the value pricing and I understood whether I could afford that on what I needed done and they did not disappoint I will definitely go back for our other vehicles that are in need of a couple of body work read more

I had my front bumper repainted on my luxury sedan, a 2022 Tesla Model S, at Color Crafters, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The paint work is meticulous and honestly, it looks better than the original Tesla factory paint. The team was extremely professional from start to finish, and their quote was very competitive compared to other shops, especially considering I paid out of pocket. I was referred to Color Crafters by other auto industry professionals I've worked with, which says a lot in itself. What truly sets them apart, though, is their customer service after the job was completed. Don is friendly and knowledgeable about the evaluation and repair process. My car was rear ended and the back bumper needed body work. After a first estimate that came in under my deductible I was told to work direct with the other insurance company. The other insurance carrier sent me to Color Crafter for an estimate (which was lower than my first estimate) and that is when I met Don Becker, the General Manager. Don was very personable, efficient, and straight forward with his estimate. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes and an email with the estimate was sent immediately. The insurance claims adjuster was also very quick to reach out and was able to arrange for a rental car when I decided to have Color Crafters Collision do the work. Don arranged a ride for me to the local rental car company and completed the work on my car a day early. I was able to drop the rental car off at Color Crafters Collision and he called the rental company for pick up. Completely hassle free, no need to arrange a ride. The people at Color Crafters are top notch! My 2006 tacoma had a cracked windshield, rust around the windshield and the hood was fading from sun damage. They gave me a quote in less than an hr on the friday afternoon before Thanksgiving. They quoted me a few different options of repair and discussed yhe pros and cons of each. We agreed on a very fair price and they went to work on the truck. They sent me pictures of the repairs as progress was made and finished early. When I picked the truck up the Friday after thanksgiving the truck looked great. They detailed the interior, clay bared the outside and polished the headlights. The truck looks 5 years newer! I came to Color Crafters Collision because my 2010 Prius was rear-ended and the party at fault used GEICO Insurance. I discovered that there is a GIECO representative (essentially) stationed at Color Crafters Collision which did the "initial" vehicle damage assessment. My initial inclination was to use Toyota Carlsbad (where we purchased the Prius) however my conversations with Don Becker, the General Manager, quickly placed me at ease as to the "quality" of work they perform. Don was not kidding when he stated "it's not going out the door until it's perfect". It has been decades since I needed any collision repair work but the outstanding customer relations sold me on Color Crafters Collision. Don, was always available via phone or in person. He discussed the type of repair work necessary and identified all the areas of damage needing repairs, service, calibration or replacement. Being essentially a "novice" in the field of collision repair, I was impressed with the depth of knowledge and expertise Don presented. He (Don) clearly knew what he was talking about and made the entire repair experience comfortable, and efficient. I have to Yelp rate Color Crafters Collision & Auto Body as excellent! If I could give 6 stars, I would. As to the work performed, I stopped by mid-repair and saw the extent of damage from the collision and the necessary body work performed to bring the vehicle back to "like-new" condition. From what I saw, the work was extremely well done with perfectly fitted panels and associated parts. The attention to detail by the shop showed when I was able to pick up my vehicle and examine it in the bright sun. The bumper cover and seams were "flawless" as was the color matching paint. No drips, runs, sags, orange peal or overspray of any kind. FANTASTIC job! If you suddenly need collision repair work I trust Don Becker at Color Crafters Collision & Auto Body. My experience was exceptional, well above my expectations and a testament to the overall "perfection" attitude on display by Don and his entire staff. Terrific experience! I am not one to write review, BUT Color Crafters was unlike no other. I was in an accident involving lots of damage to the rear of my car. Insurance had recommended me to Color Crafters in Oceanside. I trusted their judgement due to the fact I moved here from Indiana not even a year ago. Immediately on the phone, I was greeted by Don. He was very helpful, kind, and patient. Don made the experience 100% easier. I called many times while my car was being worked on there. And each time, Don was there to greet me and give the best customer service skills known to man. You can tell they are great at their job when, without hesitation, they can list off every detail of the car and what they were working on at the specific moment. It is a good feeling knowing someone is paying attention to the whereabouts of your car the whole duration of the service. Pass forward to when i picked up my car. I was very impressed with the way their shop looked. It was very clean and orderly (usually body shops look kinda dirty). The office was very nice as well. I had the back of my car smashed in by a drunk driver, and every other body shop I went to were giving me very high estimates for the repair and told me it would take 2-3 weeks to fix it. Then I checked out Color Crafters because some friends recommended them and I totally get why. To start off Rey, who works the front desk was friendly, kind and helpful during the whole process which was comforting since it was such a stressful situation. The whole time he kept in contact with me to give me update the process of my car being fixed. And the whole time he did his best to help me get the most out what I was paying. He did everything thing he could to help cut down the cost for me by helping find cheaper alternatives to some of the parts I needed and helping me blend my prior paint to back of my car seamlessly which helped get rid of scratches I had. Finally, the team had my car fixed in 1 WEEK which is faster than any other body shop in town was going to do especially since there was extra damage under the car we didn't know about when they started the process. I am really impressed with Color Crafters and my experience with Daniel. When it comes to cars and business in general there are a lot of companies and people who over charge or recommend services that are not needed. We were recently rear ended in our Ford Edge Sport (with an aftermarket wrap and custom paint). I went straight to the dealership and they recommended Color Crafters for the work. I am very particular and my attention to detail is a little ocd, but I can tell you that through out the process and the final results were better than I could have imagined. Car looked perfect, and the best part was speaking to and working with Daniel as questions or issues came up. It is refreshing to work with someone who is honest, professional, responsive, and respectful to his customers. They are very accessible via phone and simply tell it like it is. I got a quote here that was 1/3 less than the other 3 places I got quotes at. While I was there looking around, I could tell they do excellent work. They also were willing to do just the work I wanted to do, and not other areas. The only reason I didn't have them do the work, was because I found a bumper at a junkyard, which I didn't need painted, and saved me another good chunk by just paying a friend to replace the bumper. I backed my wife's car into my truck... took both vehicles to Color Crafters Collision & Auto Body to get a quote. The repair quote was very reasonable and Don was a pleasure to work with. My wife's car was repaired and looked new within 2 days! My truck also was repaired to look like new, BUT Don was able to find that he could reduce the cost after looking at the vehicle when disassembled. I've never found an auto shop that reduces the price after we agreed to the quote! My truck was completed within 4 days after starting work on it, 3 days ahead of schedule. If you're looking to get jerked around, have your time wasted and all for a big "f-you", Color crafters is the place to go and the appraiser is the man to talk to. While doing a price comparison, I found that of the other two businesses, one right across the street at that, Color crafters was the most vague, and at twice the price, by far the most expensive. I couldnt get anything near an exact price, unlike at the other two establishments, I kept getting sarcasm from the appraiser, who suggested I bring the part I needed worked on to the shop, so I drove all the way across town and back only to not even be seen.
