After over three years, my bite and teeth were still wrong. I asked the orthodontist how much longer and she would say "3 more months" then "5 more", she was not being honest. Next thing you know I was about to hit 4 years with a messed up bite and teeth. They clearly don't care. Be 10 minutes late? They cancel your appointment and push you back weeks. Oh but they can text you they're running behind because of short staffing. This place is poorly run, misleading, and not worth the time, money, or stress. You get what you pay for.
