Pastrami Reuben on Rye
Jarod J.

What a hidden gem. This place is such a great addition to the area. This is by far the best pastrami sandwich I have had in south Florida. I got the pastrami Reuben and it was extremely delicious. The meat was incredible and each element of the sandwich complimented perfectly. The people there are also very nice and have a great little area to eat and enjoy. I can't wait to come back and try their other sandwiches. Thanks!

It's all in the name -- definitely a fine meats and sandwich and butchery shop. I had seen Beauregards on Instagram and just knew I had to come in and try it, especially seeing that they had a chopped cheese on the menu. Their menu isn't huge, but it's expansive enough where you would definitely have some sandwich options. They also have some meats in their butcher section you can choose from. I came in on a Saturday afternoon and though it wasn't very busy, there were still some people dining in and waiting for takeout. I ordered the chopped cheese and a side of potato salad and took it to go. This probably was the best chopped cheese I've ever had. I understand why people come here. Also the guys behind the counter are fast efficient and they're very friendly. We've recently gotten into grilling, so I'll definitely come back for another lunch and to check out their butcher shop.

Going to be honest, at first I was hesitant because of the prices but, my BF wanted to try them so I went after work and picked up sandwiches. But quickly was sold and giving them 5 stars. The shop is nice, clean, showcasing their meats and other offerings like pickled vegetables, and more. Some tables and counter seating for dine in, or for while you wait for your order. I was greeted immediately, they took my order. I got the Chopped Cheese and seeing they sold chicken salad, asked if they could make a sandwich with that for me. They said yes, and asked what type of bread (rye or hoagie)and what add ons I wanted like lettuce, tomato, onions, etc. All was made to order but the wait wasn't long. About 10 minutes later, the sandwiches were ready, neatly wrapped and marked, but even so the guy made sure to tell me which one was which, in the bag. In store experience was excellent, but when I tasted the sandwiches it was even more. You can taste the quality of the ingredients. Both were equally delicious! Definitely worth every penny, and without any hesitation we will be back.

Our first stop into the new sandwich shop Beauregards was a great success. We had some plans move around yesterday and were making some last minute dinner plans. I had heard of this butchery and saw they made sandwiches so we figured lets try a new spot. My gal picked up the sandwiches. She had ordered ahead, and it seems like it was a quick pickup. I got the chopped cheese. Although I always get an Italian sub at places, when i read the descriptions ahead of time, I figured I mike like this sandwich. It was cheesy ground beef mix, with some tomato lettuce and pickles on top. My goodness it was good. the beef blend was ribeye, brisket and more. The Ciabatta bun was exceptional as well. It didn't look big, but I could only eat a half. Along with some chips it was one of the best meals of the month for me. I already checked the menu again, and there is a couple others I cant wait to try.

We ordered take out on a late Saturday afternoon. We decided to try a few different sandwiches and opted for the Boca Cuban, the Pastrami, the Chopped Cheese (which is similar to a cheeseburger), and the Turkey Pimento. I had hoped to get the roast beef but it wasn't on the current menu. All the sandwiches were very good - we liked the Turkey Pimiento the best. It had a thick layer of sliced turkey on a base of bacon with a light spread of sauce with a slight kick to it - almost like a BLT, with turkey. I thought the Boca Cuban could of had more pickles and mustard on it. The Chopped Cheese was very good. The Pastrami was quite good. We also got the potato salad (which was very good with a slight kick to it) and the coleslaw (not too sweet or heavy on the dressing). Beauregard's is in a strip mall with a wide array of different ethnic, smaller restaurants and shops, including the Columbia Cafe (excellent coffee) and probably my favorite shoe repair place. It has a hi-top counter with leather stools for those deciding to eat in house. We of course couldn't finish the sandwiches on the first day and I swear they tasted even better the next day. Being also a butcher shop, Beauregards offers an assortment of cuts of meat and other items such as sardines and Dr. Browns soda. It is definitely one of the best delis in the area.

Pastrami Sandwich in the front, chopped cheese sandwich in the back (ground beef cheesesteak style)

Wow you can tell this place really takes their time and cares about all of their ingredients. When customers ask about a menu item, the staff responds with lengthy descriptions that shows they really care about their offerings. We tried a couple of sandwiches. I started out with one of my favorites, pastrami. The sandwich comes with 10oz (over 1/2lb) of meat on an artisan style rye bread. It comes hot. Well smoked, and nice "crust" on the meat. There is some kind of non traditional flavor on the rub, maybe cinnamon? It wasn't my favorite addition but the hubby loved it. The hubby got the chopped cheese which he said was amazing ("one of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had") - ratio of everything was good, bread was perfect texture, and a good portion. Once I saw the bread I knew I had to try one more thing so I went back and the staff convinced me to try the turkey. They take turkey breasts and sous vide them with fresh spices and herbs...there is more to it...it was a long description lol but he convinced me and I'm glad he did! The chips they offer also add the perfect crunch, some kind of fancy brand I've never heard of! Plenty of parking in the lot. 4 two-top tables inside and 2 4-top tables. Might be hard with a huge group if you want to dine in, you'll have to split up. We drove from ft laud in lots of traffic - will definitely come back. Worth it!

Turkey, Havarti and Bacon on Ciabatta

Great, as in a friendly "hello" when you walk through the door, a check-in on your order after you've had a few bites, to a smile and please come back when you leave. Oh, and I should mention the plates. They have the most beautiful plates if you order to dine in. In all seriousness, I've been wanting to try Beauregards for a while, and today was the day. Met a friend for lunch. The location itself is very well appointed. While primarily a butcher shop, Beauregards does a nice lunch business both dine-in and take out. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the dine-in seating was for such a small location. But the star of the show is really the Meats, and the exceptional way they are prepared. My friend order the Chopped Cheese, which is one of the sandwiches they are really known for. Best way to describe it is a incredible double cheeseburger with oodles of caramelized onion and American Cheese literally stuffed between a toasted Sullivan Street Ciabatta. Sorry, I didn't get a photo of this. My lunch was the Turkey, Havarti and Bacon also on a Sullivan Street Ciabatta. For many of a New Yorker, Sullivan Street Bakery was the go-to spot for small-batch bread from way back in the day (they opened on Sullivan Street in 1994, but have since moved to Chelsea). There bread quickly rose to celebrity status being featured in many of the top NYC restaurants. And once Jim Lahey's no-knead bread recipe was published in the New York Times ..... fugghetaboutit! Until I started looking into Beauregards I had no idea they opened a location in Miami Beach. The Meat is the star, but the bread most definitely deserves to have its name in lights! It's a small sandwich-based lunch menu. But one worth of being revisited and worked through. Some of the sandwiches rotate in different combinations to keep things 'fresh'. I'll be making my way through that menu in the coming months.

I've been to Beauregard's in Boca Raton a few times, and it's easily one of the best butcher shops I've ever been to. Not only do they have an impressive selection of fresh, high-quality meats, but their lunch offerings are absolutely next-level. The chopped cheese sandwich on ciabatta bread is a standout--perfectly seasoned beef, melted cheese, and fresh toppings all tucked into a soft, yet slightly crispy ciabatta. Every bite was flavorful, hearty, and satisfying. You can tell they use the same premium meats for their sandwiches as they do for their butcher case. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, making great recommendations for both lunch and anything you might need to cook at home. The shop itself is clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. If you're in the area, it's a must try. I'll definitely be back for another chopped cheese!

Pastrami

I finally got an opportunity to give Beauregard's another chance, and I'm glad I did. This time I brought my husband and we ordered a plain pastrami sandwich each and we shared the potato salad. The pastrami was tender, juicy, and had lots of flavor. The potato salad was freshly made and tasty. I really enjoyed the old school canned sodas as well. The food was very filling, so we each took half a sandwich home. Overall, if I were in Boca and had a hankering for hot pastrami, I would definitely return.

I've written before about the house-made pastrami at Beauregards in East Boca--brined, smoked, steamed in-house, and served thick-sliced on rye or as a killer Reuben. That sandwich alone makes the trip worth it. But on a return visit, I may have found my personal favorite: the rare roast beef muffaletta. It's quietly genius. The beef is cooked perfectly rare, tender and well-seasoned, layered with sharp provolone and a punchy olive salad. The ciabatta--baked in-house or locally sourced--is chewy, crusty, and soaks it all in without collapsing. It's a sandwich you remember long after the last bite. Their Italian combo holds its own too, stacked with salumi that owner Cameron Falls sources himself, and that same ciabatta cradling every bite. This place doesn't just serve sandwiches--it builds them with intention and butcher-level skill. The butcher case remains a knockout: prime cuts, Florida-raised meats, house sausages (don't sleep on the sweet or hot links), and dry-aged steaks. If they're butchering that day, you'll see it right behind the counter--meat being tied, coiled, prepped, and respected. Beauregards is more than a deli. It's a passion project that blends old-school Jewish deli sensibilities with serious whole-animal craft butchery. Whether it's your first visit or your fifth, you'll leave full--and probably carrying a bag of meats to cook at home.

Reuben pastrami
Zei K.

Better than NYC Katz in every way: taste, bread, meat, staff attitude, cleanliness of store, ease of access, parking, safety and overall location. Their reuben is exceptional: good mix of vinegar with the sauerkraut, salt, juiciness and cheese. Pastrami itself is very good, moist and juicy. The bread is great as well. Great addition to the area!

Pastrami on Rye with potato salad

If you want fresh made Pastrami, who better to go to for it then a Butcher Shop! Friendly service and great meats.

Jeffrey F.

Friend recommended this place for the pastrami and finally made it up to Boca to try it. It was a good sandwich. Was it Katz deli? No. The color was a little pale and the flavor slightly lacking. It was tender and definitely steamed properly. My guess is it may need more time brining or possibly more coriander in the rub. With that being said it is probably one of the best pastrami sandwiches in South Florida but I would have to give Stephen's deli (Kush) in Hialeah a higher mark. But it is absolutely the best sandwich in Fort Lauderdale in Palm Beach. But don't Expect Katz level. They also had a lot of very fine meat there that looked delicious. The fillet looked incredible and it was $48 a pound. Also on the menu was a chopped cheese sandwich which was basically a cheesesteak on a different type of bread than your traditional cheesesteak roll. It was a great sandwich. It was a little runny and sloppy for my taste but the flavors were spot on and both sandwiches were generous quantities. Two pastrami sandwiches and one chopped cheese with two sodas were $75. I would come back and probably take home a few steaks as well.

So today with a bit of surprise I was happy to see The Fresh Market had a bag. I signed up, ran some errands, then stop in close to the end of the window that was provided(8PM). It was a quieter time so i walked up to the clerk checking people out to ask where to get the bag. The bag boy said "I'm yer guy". I showed him the code on my phone and he hustled over to a fridge right in the front. Boom, I had a huge bag of goods. I love a surprise so I waited till I was hoe to see what what inside, Muffins, cookies croissants oh my! And a few more things too to complete the order. I will be back soon to do some shopping I think, but I'm pretty sure I will be back again for a surprise bag as well.

There's always a beautiful selection of fresh flowers and the day I was there they had gorgeous orchids very reasonably priced. I've never had the hot ones before, but I'm sure they're just as good as the others. I find the quality of the food is a little higher than your basic grocery store.
