Everything was packed neatly, the order was correct and I was shocked at my total. 131$ for 28 pounds of meat! Now the taste test! Tried the ground chicken first for Chicken Philly's....THE BEST ground chicken I've tasted! Literally like I cooked chicken breast and chopped them myself. Extremely lean! The ground beef 85% lean is great quality as well! The Cajun chicken quarters were PHENOMENAL...a new family favorite! The meat is so fresh! Perfect amount of seasoning. These cooked great on the grill. Absolutely no rubbery meat like local chains. The only thing my daughter complained about was the bacon....wasn't as salty as she is use to But I'll take it! All in all I am extremely pleased, and so glad I found a place for clean meat for my family, and the pricing still blows me away! Now I see why the friend of a friend bought a deep freezer!

I generally don't like places that do a lot of Wagyu. They tend to lean into the fat too much and don't balance their acids in contrast in their dishes. The cases are full of meats that you can take home and cook as well as cheeses that are exotic and interesting wines and beer and exotic sodas. All kinds of special condiments and foodstuffs. Service is excellent! Order at the counter, but they give you great attention! It's a small place. Desserts are so good that it's scary! Japanese Cream Sandos are a unique one! The service is friendly and attentive - the dishes were bused quickly and the silverware was replaced after the first course, which I really appreciate. This is very quaint little restaurant, but I've never felt cramped. The food is great and they've got a large enough menu to have plenty of options without being overwhelming. Can't go wrong here.

There is a large parking lot in front and the building is open to allow fresh air to pass through but there is no air conditioning. Inside are bins of produce, the typical supermarket varieties of fruits and vegetables. They also sell plants, large pots, frozen pasta, pantry items, spices and seasonings, McCoy's honey, fresh herbs, and roasted peanuts. There is a discounted produce section which was a bargain. The regular fruit and vegetables however were more than I have been paying at Aldi's where they look fresher. Outside there are some plants next to the parking lot that are being used for a botanical study. I am always checking out different farmer's markets for cooking inspiration but I can't say I really found any here.
