It seems like her daughter Erica is someone that people love (and requires more advance appt scheduling), but I just needed a simple haircut and Anh was available for a same day appt. Anh and her daughter (not Erica, but a really sweet 30-something woman) were there to welcome me. They were so chatty and put me right at ease. They had masks on the whole time and I kept my mask on for the majority of the time unless they needed to maneuver without it on. Anh gave me the haircut I showed her, and adjusted it to the length that I requested. $20 and 45 mins later, it was all done! I gave her a generous tip because this is really affordable. I think they should have a better rating because my experience was great. I called around 245 asking if I could get an appt for 330, yes no problem. There is only street parking.. worth mentioning. Walk in, I'm greeted, told to wash my hands and check in. I do that and I'm sat immediately. My lady that did my pedicure was so sweet and so efficient and thorough, my feet felt amazing afterwards and I got a classic thin French and she killed it. Oh, you pre pay too.. so there are a few minutes in the beginning where they are trying to figure out exactly what you are getting so they can charge you.. thats fine. Then I got my fill. I got Tuyet, she was so friendly and sweet and did an amazing job on my nails. I left the salon very happy! I will now be a regular there. Besides she has been around for a long time before the market is saturated by lash techs. She is very professional and getting service from her is just simple and not much fuss. Her work always last a month or more on me, which means that she uses high quality lashes and adhesives. She is very experienced in this field, yet she is very humble about it. She is passionate about her work and the business she has build over the years despite being a busy mom also. I call her super mom! She listens to her customers and she takes the time to explain and evaluate options with them with no pressure at all. Her customer service and response time is good also. The business is located in a cute little house on Grand ave with a designated parking section for her customers. Pang took the time to look at my eye shape, tell me what type of curl she suggests and why, and just took the time to guide me through all of my choices. The lashes she uses are not super synthetic looking (like many places I've seen and have been been to) and look like natural lashes. I decided not to get a fill to see how long they would last and it was about a month before my eyelashes started looking really sad. The space was cozy, simple and clean. I would definitely to back and highly recommend to others.
