I have had nothing but good experiences at this nail salon I've had both a manicure and pedicure, the stone and citrus pedicure and as well as had my nails a full set and fills. The manicurists are nice and accommodating. Very pleasant and aim to please. Walk ins are hot or miss. I've been coming to this nail salon for over a year and I finally found the time to leave a review! Service is always fast but they still take the time to not make you feel rushed. I see Kim for my gel manicures and she does an outstanding job. The one or two times I've ever had any issues with my gel or change my mind on a color they always make it right. The gel color selection is great (OPI, Gelish,etc.) This salon is also very clean! I often take my mom and grandma in for pedicures and the staff is welcoming and patient. My only recommendation would be to call ahead and make an appointment. They tend to be busy on the weekends, however they do their best to fit you in if you're a walk in. read more

I have experienced pedicures at three locations in town. The locations were all highly recommended from Yelp customers. I finally tried out the pedicure services at Beauti Nails and was so satisfied! I chose the "Happy Pedicure". Forty dollars for a one hour treatment! The staff was very calm and friendly. The atmosphere was very inviting. Today was my first time here. They just re-opened a couple days ago due to the pandemic & man were they busy! They opened at 10am & I called around 10:30am to see if I needed an appointment or if they take walk ins. They were able to get me in this same day at 2pm. I showed up 5 minutes early & was seated right at 2. Andy did my pedicure & he was so nice! He took his time & was super gentle. Searched Yelp for a nail salon that was reasonably priced for me and my little girls. Found this little hidden gem. From the moment I called - to the moment I left their customer skills were on point. They were busy but still managed to acknowledge every customer that walked through the door. They took really good care of us, brought us water and I never felt rushed. I've noticed other salons set a timer when u get in their chair and play bet the clock to get u out of the chair - not this place. Not to mention....my 5 year old broke a nail polish as she was selecting her nail color. No one ever made her feel bad, they said "it's ok..no big deal" and cleaned it immediately. I've been here several times and I've never left feeling unsatisfied. Today was the first time I got a full set from this place and although my nails weren't perfect (every time I get almond shaped nails from anywhere, they never come out right) I still love them. The customer service is amazing, and overall they're all so nice. I have never made an appointment and just always do a walk in & I have never waited for more than 5 minutes. Of course it may be different at different times of the day but Sundays right at open time seem to be the best time. Extra things I want to mention are that they really do take their time. I chose my color from the wheel and he came back with the nail polish bottle and opened it up to show me and ask if that was what I truly wanted because he said the color appears different on the wheel. Also throughout the time he kept asking me if I was okay and comfortable. All in all, they're close to detail and are very clean. Not to mention to the most peaceful atmosphere. I came here after one of my matte nails bubbled and lifted, in which I just peeled off soon after. I had gotten them done in Porterville initially. I had asked for a fill and just overall asked if she could fix my botched up nails from before in which she happily did. I did them a black matte with one a purple/blue color and I loved them. I looooooove this place! id give it 10 stars if i could! they are super clean! even before Covid they always sanitized their tools and seal-packaged them. They've always opened a new sanitized package with each customer. The owner Kim is so sweet and adorable. I'd been going there for at least 2 years, and I'll never look back! And my favorite technician, Lihn, who I always schedule my appointments with, is such a beautiful soul. She's so good and pays attention to detail and takes her craft seriously. She is so good! I had called in for a pedicure appointment for a Saturday afternoon the night before and they were able to fit me in. I went the next day and they got me seated and started on right away. It's deceivingly big place since they took over the next door's space. All of the nail artists were super friendly and even greeted a few repeat customers by name, always nice to hear! They did a great job on my feet and when it came time to pay, i handed her my card and she then informed me that we aren't able to add a tip to the card purchase. I felt horrible because I didn't have cash to tip them! I just wish they would have had a sign up or informed me beforehand so I could make sure to have cash on hand. read more

I called trying to get an appointment the same day for a gel manicure, pedicure and wax. A male answered the phone (Andy possibly?) and was able to get me in. This was my first time visiting Beauti Nails. I live down the street from this business but always went somewhere further to get my mani/pedi, etc. When I walked in, everyone was smiling and welcomed me in, and I was in the pedicure chair within a couple minutes. Mary did my nails and eyebrow wax, and Lynn did my pedicure. Oh my lord, let me tell you that pedicure was without a doubt one of the best pedis I have had in years! I chose the hot stone pedi for $35, and it was HEAVEN! First she does the regular trimming, and cleaning of toes. Next is where the magic happens. They scrub the bottom of your feet, massage your calfs and feet with a lavender scrub. Next they do the manicure, which came out AMAZING! But the best is for last. The 10 minute hot stone massage feels so good, I almost fell asleep! Lastly, they wrap hot towels around your calfs, very relaxing. Mary was doing my gel manicure while I was having my pedicure done. I had worn acrylics for a while, and my nails were really soft and bendable from the acrylics. Mary listened to what my concerns were, and helped me choose the right color. She did an amazing job, the best gel manicure I have had in years! At the end of the manicure she gave me a 5-10 min. massage of both arms. So relaxing! After manicure and pedicure, I had my eyebrows waxed by Mary as well and she did a fantastic job. Again she listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. They have a customer for life with me and I am VERY picky about my nails, so if you can please me you can please anybody! No wonder this business has 5 star rating! I walked in without an appointment but got one for a little later, which was fine with me. The place is really pretty and peaceful. Nice music playing and everyone was polite. Andy did my nails and he was actually so pleasant to deal with. Certain things he did made me assured that they wouldn't fall off. This was a big plus for me. He didn't make me feel bad because my nails were non existent. His whole personality was so lively. The price wasn't bad either. I am glad I came here and I plan to keep coming back.
