I was waiting for my nails to dry and chatting with the lady seated next to me when suddenly my nail guy and another male employee got into a full on contact brawl!! Seriously hitting, shirts ripped and fists hitting! It was horrific!!! All the other employees were trying to separate them and everything that was said was in Vietnamese, so I have no clue why there was a fight! It was the longest 10 minutes I've experienced in a very long time. And I paid them and went to the wright place for a stiff drink!!! The owner has asked me to remove my post because she fired both employees. I'm not going to remove it, I will add that my nails were done beautifully and the work that was done was great. read more

Came here because reviews and listing of prices seemed reasonable. I wanted to find a new nail salon as well. This was out of my way since I live by the marketplace but wanted to try. When I showed them a very simple French tip with one cherry on one nail. They tried charging me just $20 for the cherry alone! And almost $100 for gel x French tip with the cherry! Even pedicure is expensive. The place looks run down including location. Never again, please do not go here. Friends wanted to try it out but changed their mind after hearing the prices. read more

I paid $85 plus a $20 tip for a set of gel-x nails here. 1 week later one of the nails fell off, I went in and paid to get it fixed. The next week, another nail fell off, I went back in and they fixed it for free, now, a week later, 2 nails are lifting so bad that I need it fixed or take them off. I went in and they said I would have to get a fill, I was planning on getting one this coming Saturday. anytime I have had gel-x nails they have lasted a minimum of 4 weeks, which is typical. I will not be coming back here, I have been a consistent customer. Their customer service doesn't match the prices that they charge. read more

Terrible service no communication. I've gotten two infections when getting pedicures done both times. I asked for specific services and my request gets ignored. I asked several times how much the price is gonna be in total for nails and pedicure. Whether just one color or design I get ignored. They don't let you know until you're gonna check out how much your payment is gonna be? This last time I went in for a fill with the same nail style that I already had and was charged pretty much like a full set. I had all my nails intact. None were missing. It was a simple fail. I do not recommend poor customer service. They're either too busy chitchatting don't listen to your request as the customer or they're busy on their phone. read more

This is not the first time. I gave them a benefit of the doubt. I got multiple ingrown on all my toenails. Never would happened to me before. Just my big toes. & I got infections. I thought it was just me. I went to get them fixed & again. Got infections. Now, for a THIRD time. I got my nails done yesterday. All day today my toes hurt. It's night already and I see I got an infection on all these toes. This establishment is clearly not clean. I paid attention more this time. The first time was great. The next time my grandaughter and I went it was horrible. My acrylics were thick and by the time I got home the polish on my nails and toes had bubbles in them. My grandaughters were the same. After 1-2 weeks our nails looked like they were done 3-4 weeks ago. The nail tech was very rough. I told the guy that did my pedicure I had 2 ingrown toe nails on my big toe nails that needed taken out but he didn't remove them. My grandauhters nails started to lift after 1 week. We will never return. Save your money people. read more

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I was referred to this salon by a family member because she liked the range of colors they have. However they are highly unsanitary, you can tell from the brushes to the nail nippers that they use! They don't ever bring out new sets. They also use disgusting old nail files on the same clients. I asked for a refund because I did not like my nails and they do not give you money back they will offer you only a gift certificate in exchange. I gifted it to someone else I paid $75 for medium length , square acrylics. The morning was so chaotic there is no organization and because they want the quantity vs. quality! They will tell you it will be a 15-20 minute wait but then they will take 45mins to 1 hour because they don't want to turn away clients so the people who are doing their nails will have to sacrifice the quality as they hurry and rush to attend the incoming individuals. I overheard the gentleman who I assume is the manager or owner calling clients to reschedule them because the "took too many walk ins". I'm sorry but those who are scheduled should not be moved you should not over schedule yourself. I understand if you run over as a courtesy let someone know but just because you are busy and want to tend to a walk in is not okay. I asked for my acrylics to be removed and it was so painful even a week after and my nail beds hurt I'm so scared that I may develop a fungus from this unsanitary place! 0/10 I would not recommend and also they have increased their prices each time I have been there. So I would make sure to know what exactly they are charging you for. read more

Nothing against my nail tech, i came in from out of town for a funeral. Took my mother in law, Nana, and two Tia's to get pedicures. They have never had them done before and i wanted to treat everyone. the service was good. We all got package 1 and it wasn't until i seen them bust out the cheese grater out! uhh NO! that is so illegal and it causes more damage than good! so i stopped them right away and asked them to finish the services but do not use that tool on any of my family! so if you see them use that tool tell them NO! Went for the first time and got the New York pedicure package, kinda pricey but definitely worth every penny. This spa just recently opened so the massage chairs are brand new and the space is really nice and clean. Kathy was my tech, she was really friendly and took her time, especially with the massage and hot stones. You have no idea how excited I am to finally have a quality spa on this side of town. I'll never come here again I was told a completely different price when I arrived and charged a whole other price. I asked for regular nail polish multiple times then the owner I assume heard me and said "well you have gel now" I then said yeah but I want regular polish. She then offered me gel for $5 more on top of the regular polish bringing it to $40 she even said gel for $40 total I said ok. When I went to pay I was being charged a total of $50 I told the girl what was offered to me she then told me hold on let me ask. She placed a call and the lady said no she never said that!
