The agreement they worked out was super cool and the service seemed to be good. I went in and dropped my dog off, confirmed the price and went home an hour and 1 hour and 17 minutes later the groomer called me, Her name was Tracy she let me know that what I pay was not enough. I let her know that it was confirmed before I left, and it even had notes in my account on what I was to be charged. I asked to speak to the owner and she told me he would agree with her I let her know that service is super important that wasn't very nice to let my dog sit for an 1hour and 17 minutes before they even called to say we will not doing this for the agreed amount. Anyway super sad my dog really liked the outing. In the future, if you want to change a price, let your customer know before you schedule another appointment. Don't keep the pet pinned up for an hour and 17 minutes before informing your customer. I think there was a better way to handle this situation This is my opinion...

Checked at 3:00 to see why they hadn't notified me that I could pick up my poddle. At 4:00 I went by to check to see what was happening. I could see my poddle in a cage bitting it with her teeth. Sad part was next day noticed that she was missing a half a dollar size area of hair on her back leg. I been told that she has razor burn. Look it up on goggle. Hair will not grow back. We would not take him anywhere else for a clipping. These employees are knowledgeable of the way to handle your pets. Our little dog feels comfortable in their presets you can tell. He is not shake or shiver while walking into the environment. He is actually like friends with the people who work there now. Professional groomer there is very knowledgeable on how to treat your animal while doing the trimming. I've seen times when they had to come a pet down before trimmig. And handle it very well. Their customer service is very very good. And they will go out of their way to help you get an appointment as soon as possible. I mentioned a review in the past. My wife would not let me take our pet anywhere else. This place is just fantastic.

She did not communicate it to the groomer which caused a lot of problems today. The groomer stated she was booked in (Gold canyon) which is 40 min. Away. My appointment was at 3:00. She didn't get lunch either. She arrived at 4:10. I had to message to have her let me know she was here. I made it very clear I would be coming out the garage. This information was not communicated with her. She assumed I was coming out a door on the side. I waited outside for a 1/2 hour. She finally took my dog. I made it clear I wanted no groom longer than 1 hr and 45 minutes to 2 hours. This dog is a moyen poodle. She took 3 hours and 20 minutes. I canceled my other dog. They charged me for the second dog not groomed.
