Checked at 3:00 to see why they hadn't notified me that I could pick up my poddle. At 4:00 I went by to check to see what was happening. I could see my poddle in a cage bitting it with her teeth. Sad part was next day noticed that she was missing a half a dollar size area of hair on her back leg. I been told that she has razor burn. Look it up on goggle. Hair will not grow back. She had a few mats that could've been worked through.. They even charged us $20 more for shaving her. I wouldn't have minded the extra charge if they would have worked on getting the knots out. She is only about 6 pounds and I paid $108 to have her completely shaved!! my husband went to pick her up. He said he was in shock. I would have never paid plus when she came home. She did not communicate it to the groomer which caused a lot of problems today. The groomer stated she was booked in (Gold canyon) which is 40 min. Away. My appointment was at 3:00. She didn't get lunch either. She arrived at 4:10. I had to message to have her let me know she was here. I made it very clear I would be coming out the garage. This information was not communicated with her. She assumed I was coming out a door on the side. I waited outside for a 1/2 hour. She finally took my dog. I made it clear I wanted no groom longer than 1 hr and 45 minutes to 2 hours. This dog is a moyen poodle. She took 3 hours and 20 minutes. I canceled my other dog. They charged me for the second dog not groomed.
