Tabitha came to groom my little man this morning for the first time. After some not so good experiences with mobile groomers I am really happy with Dashing Groomer and Tabitha! They shaved my puppy who isn't even a year old all the way down. They never even called to ask the first time we brought her. They did a great job we brought her back. She had a few mats that could've been worked through.. They even charged us $20 more for shaving her. I wouldn't have minded the extra charge if they would have worked on getting the knots out. She is only about 6 pounds and I paid $108 to have her completely shaved!! my husband went to pick her up. He said he was in shock. I would have never paid plus when she came home. She was very lethargic couldn't stand. She wasn't herself till the next day. We will NEVER use this place again. read more

I was hoping we could communicate and improve in this area but my messages were not returned. I specifically talked to the owner in advance to what I was looking for. She did not communicate it to the groomer which caused a lot of problems today. The groomer stated she was booked in (Gold canyon) which is 40 min. Away. My appointment was at 3:00. She didn't get lunch either. She arrived at 4:10. I had to message to have her let me know she was here. I made it very clear I would be coming out the garage. This information was not communicated with her. She assumed I was coming out a door on the side. I waited outside for a 1/2 hour. She finally took my dog. I made it clear I wanted no groom longer than 1 hr and 45 minutes to 2 hours. This dog is a moyen poodle. She took 3 hours and 20 minutes. I canceled my other dog. They charged me for the second dog not groomed. read more

Clean. Friendly. Good job. Much more expensive than most groomers. After modest tip it was $130 for a small dog.

I want to give a shout-out to Ivy. This is the second time she has groomed Bitsy Boo, and she has done an amazing job. Ivy is so careful around all of Bitsy's warts and does a great job with her grooming. With Bitsy Boo being 14, Ivy takes that into consideration and is very gentle with her. I took my two dogs in yesterday spending about $170 plus and around a $30 tip equaling $200+. I noticed irritation on my boy dog so I looked and I'm not sure if this is razor burn or if he was cut... I've never had this issue before... I won't be returning unfortunately. read more

I had an appointment for 11:45 this morning. I arrived and was told that my groomer was 1 1/2 - 2 hours behind and to come back at 2:00pm to pick up my dog. I went back at 2:00pm as told to pick up my dog. I was told by my groomer that she was still behind and it was goin to be another 1 1/2 probably 2 hours. I called the office and was told that my dog would be ready in 15 minutes, but that she would call me back which never happened. There is a definite lack of communication between whoever is booking the appointments and the groomers. After 2 hours of waiting and possibly another 2 hours before she would be done. I opted to pick up my dog and look for another groomer. I do not recommend this dog groomer. Today is January 29th, 2026. read more

Groomer needs to be trained to do a better job .To be fair, the owner offered to come and even her out. But her hair is so short and uneven. I can't imagine how that would work out. read more

My new go to groomer for sure!! I have been struggling to find someone to successfully trim my Pittie's nails for a few years now. My vet normally tries, I had tried another groomer and they could only get the back feet before he freaked out. (They also muzzled him which made it worse). I got a phone call from the owner to schedule the appointment who instantly made me feel comfortable and confident she could do it. The two ladies who were at the facility were quick, nice, and got the job done within minutes! I am truly impressed and very relieved to finally have a place I can take my crazy boy to!! read more

The kindest, sweetest, family run business . Our dog was 10, they always took their time with him, loved him, were so patient and we just felt at ease. Duke always looked so good after his grooms. They were always prompt, professional and beyond compassionate. Highly, highly, recommend them. We have been through 5-6 groomers but we finally found the right fit. Sadly, our Husky passed away last month but we will definitely be returning customers in a year or so. read more
