One of my favourite parts about Clementines was the fact that they had QR code to scan so you could order drinks during your appointment. You can even go to the bar downstairs afterwards, which is super cute and had nice nooks to sit with friends. I also enjoyed their little corner with trinkets and items to buy. I've since moved from Denver area but to this day rave about this spot! Their services and team members are unmatched from other places I have been. Two years ago, I was the maid of honor for my mother's wedding and I witnessed my mom be absolutely treated like crap on her wedding day. This artist was contracted with Clementine's and her name was Cierra. She made comments to my mom about how her face was "asymmetrical " and she straight up said in front of everyone said loudly "your skin is aged". Everyone in the room was super uncomfortable with Cierra and she made my mom cry on her wedding day. Then Cierra showing a pic to Steph talking literal crap about my mom and all the bridesmaids heard it and she was literally laughing. Any comment my mom would ask her to fix she would just insult her and not fix it. Fast forward, this company gets an email from my mom who is upset and all they offer to do is "pass it on" to the stylist and that it "broke her heart" but offered nothing to make up for this terrible experience. You can look at all my Yelp reviews, I NEVER leave small businesses bad reviews but this is so unacceptable and unprofessional and I want to prevent any bride from experiencing this on their wedding day. As a business after hearing this you would think you would think you would work to fix it and make your clients who spent hundreds of dollars something to make up for this. NOT THIS PLACE. Future brides, please pick another salon that will make you feel special on your wedding day.
