My mom and sister got a few old piercings re-opened and a few new ones as well. Staff are great about explaining everything and were super careful about keeping everything clean, lots of hand washing, multiple sets of gloves, everything sealed and opened in front of you. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Tip: just because they only take walk-ins (unless it's a child's appointment) does not mean there is endless availability (especially on the weekends). When we visited they only had one piercer in, and early in the day filled up their queue and had to turn some folks away. So if you're driving a distance or can't come back another time your best bet is to wait for a weekday, or on the weekends arrive when they open and be willing to kill some time around town.
