My beloved gold bangle was in need of polishing and regroving of the lines etched in. 3. I wanted a custom made Cross & bead gold bracelet that I had I my mind. Nobody makes them. Lastly I had a bag of gold rings to sell. I wanted to say that EVERY EMPLOYEE was beyond polite and professional. They listened to every one of my 'ask's' and immediately said yes. They told me to give them a couple of days on the design for the new bracelet for my approval. When I received their ideas, it was exactly what I wanted. A week later my bangle and my bracelet were shortened perfectly. Two weeks later my cross bracelet arrived. Unfortunately, I damaged the clasp the first week. The damage was completely due to MY misuse. Not their skill. (I am EXTREMELY HARD ON JEWELRY) We took it back in to be repaired. I just picked it up. They put on a heavy duty clasp at my request. I went to pay and they didn't charge me. Now THAT's customer service!! We will be back. Thank you all for your assistance

Not worth it if you want a ring made properly…read more My sister got her engagement/wedding rings from Sarah O back when they were newer- and I love their designs so I had said for 5 years I wanted my rings from here. My fiancé bought me the Nova ring and proposed 12/22. 12/23 I took a closer look and saw that the prongs on my center stone were FAR from flush on the stone (see pictures, iPhone cameras are wild). Which is a problem because if they snag on clothes or furniture the prongs bend more and the stone can loosen and fall out. On top of that one of the halo stones was loose (video). On a BRAND NEW, never worn ring. We took it to Sarah O and they admitted fault and said of course they'de repair the ring- under the limited warranty it was all covered, but it will take 3-4 weeks. Bummer.. but glad the solution was simple no pushback... Don't underestimate how disappointing it is to tell all of your loved ones you are engaged and everyone says where is the ring, they reach for your hand and there's nothing there. I 3 weeks go by and I get the ring back, Prongs on the main stone were fixed.... But the loose halo stone... they smushed the setting from the top in order to secure the mele stone- causing the sides to fan out creating a gap from the sides of the setting to the diamond. Which ruined the symmetry of the ring and disrupted the sparkle of the halo diamonds because of the way it was sitting. (See photos) Devastated. Emailed with the new problem was told "we had professional jewelers quality check the ring so the stone is secure but if you want to we can fix this for you, we will rush it so it's done in 1 week"... Quality check the ring??? I know I said I wanted the stone secured and not loose, I didn't assume I'd have to specify that professional jewelers should fix it the right way...... I send it back. Next day, I get a call from our customer support contact.... Tells me that manipulating the metal in this way would ruin the integrity of that setting, more likely to bend and fail holding the stone- so they're recommending that they completely recast the ring. However - that will take 6 weeks. If I don't want to wait that long they can send the flawed ring back as is... assuring me the stone is secure... but what they didn't say is that- that would mean that if the stone ever fell out due to normal wear and tear ... to have it fixed they would still need to recast the ring but my warranty would probably be expired and I'd have to pay for it. So I sent it back. Nearly 6 weeks go by and I email to check on my rings status. They say it'll be done "the week of the 23rd." So that means it could be done on FRIDAY of that week when it should be done Friday the week prior - that is 6 weeks- and you should be mailing it to me ON the 23rd - you've had 6 WEEKS!!! The "week of the 23rd is 7 WEEKS" and if it isn't done until Friday that means you'll be mailing it to me the next week and be pushing 8 weeks! So I sent an email detailing exactly what I just said. And lone behold they were able to ship the ring to me the next day. I recieved it and checked it 5xs over and it seems to be fixed. Fixed so well I'm seeing flaws from the previous ring I never even pointed out were fixed: My V prongs apparently were very sloppily made the first time (see last picture) lol. Honestly comical now. They gave us a 25% discount code to compensate us for the trouble to use towards a wedding band- because we asked for it we felt like we should get something, they didn't initiate this offer- but I'm not sure I want to purchase from them again anyway. Besides they had a Black Friday sale for 20% off in November so it doesn't particularly feel like a fair recompense for being without my ring for 3 months. The good news is the Sarah O team was always very responsive and respectful and owned their mistakes. -denial would've been much worse. Just very unfortunate that it takes so much advocacy and the fact that you as a non-professional really have to double check their work and make them do it right rather than them doing it right the first time. We have a family friend who also purchased their engagement ring from here within the past year or so and while they didn't have the same construction issues their ring was A MONTH DELAYED. They had to replan their whole engagement plan. And as I mentioned my sister got her rings from here years ago and hasn't had a problem, hasn't lost a stone so. ‍ idk maybe their production system changed. I like my ring- but I bet I could find a ring I like just as much elsewhere. That's what I suggest you do. ..... Will update this review should the longevity of my ring turn out to be an issue.

Sarah O acknowledged that this was their mistake, but did not agree to provide compensation for this damage to my ring to have it reset. They did refund less than $200 for previous ineffective repairs. They asked me to send it back again, but I do not trust their jewelers to remedy the issue and not cause further damage. After flying to Denver twice to design my custom engagement ring, I experienced multiple failures: -A diamond fell out of my wedding band within six days of our wedding. -A few months later, the center stone fell out of my engagement ring. -Sharp, uneven prongs continued to catch on clothing even after paid repairs. -Tool marks left on setting when sent in for repairs. I treated my rings with extreme care: I work from home, remove them for pottery, cleaning, sleeping, and even casual activities. Despite this, Sarah O repeatedly blamed user wear and charged us for repairs -- never fully taking ownership of the underlying quality issues. This level of workmanship is unacceptable for custom bridal jewelry at this price point. Consulting with friends who have worn their engagement rings daily for over a decade without a single structural failure only further confirmed how unusual and disappointing this situation is. Being told that even hair catching on the prongs could cause bending was another sign that the ring was not built for everyday life. At this point, we have made the decision to fully reset the ring with a reputable local jeweler to protect the stone and finally have a piece that will last. While the designs at Sarah O are beautiful, our experience was frustrating, costly, and disappointing. I cannot recommend them for anyone looking for durable, high-quality jewelry built for real life.

In May, I spoke to the sales team and purchased a ring knowing that it could be returned within 30 days for a full refund. In June, still within the return window, I bought a new ring and initiated a return of the first ring. For two days the support team provided conflicting instructions on how I should handle the return and ultimately instructed me to bring the ring in to their office later that week for a return. A month went by and no money had been refunded. I went to their office and they informed me that although the ring had been returned in new condition, I had returned it outside their 30 day return window and hence they would be delivering me only a partial return. I had initiated the return inside the window, but due to their changing and conflicting instructions--and no mention of a partial refund--did as I was asked and physically returned the ring later that week which landed outside their 30 day window. I am now out a substantial amount of money and the response from customer support is that they can't help me.

I can not say enough great things about Geno! I had spent years avoiding getting a tattoo in Denver because my limited experience with it previously has been dealing with cocky sub par artists. My boyfriend recommended Geno. After meeting him, he made me feel comfortable with his attitude, and confident in his abilities. I am extremely picky by the way, and essentially need a mind reader, someone who can figure me out ask the right questions and get the job done! Thank God for Geno, seriously he accomplished exactly what I wanted, and had imagined, and truth be told my tattoo looks more incredible than I could have ever dreamed of Geno even fixed an ugly old faded tattoo for me that now looks gorgeous. Geno made me feel at home, not like an outsider of the tattoo community, other shops absolutely have! This shop is fantastic, and you can feel the artistic energy when you walk in. The shop itself is beautiful, with incredible artwork on the walls painted by the tattoo artists themselves. The shop is very clean as well, and everyone in there is friendly and personable, and everyone who works there clearly has an awesome re pore with each other so it is always a fun experience Never awkward. Tyler McCall, UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I went through the whole process of consultation, we discussed the ideas I had, I paid the deposit for a 12 hour 1/3 sleeve tattoo (in my opinion it was too much time) but I was willing to pay the money to get a good tattoo, I booked my 3 days as he requested April-May of 2021 and SUDDENLY out of nowhere he canceled my WHOLE thing simply because I asked simple clarification questions about my booking dates. He mentioned we were not the right fit and without ANY explanation he refunded my money. This guy obviously is ripping people off with hours not needed and charging more. I have heard this from many other people but I didn't believe someone can be this unprofessional. IT HAPPENED what people had warned me! Love this place! The staff is super friendly and always open to answering your questions. I went it there the other day to ask about the tattoo I want to get and their artist Cody who was sitting down painting, a pastel painting that looked amazing, greeted us right away and dropped what he was doing to talk to us. I showed him a rather crappy picture of what I want and he knew immediately what I want to get. He answered all of mine and my boyfriends questions clearly and was very patient with us. Worked with Gino and found a great fit. He was very present, kind and professional. He did a Sri Yantra tattoo I brought in and he did a great job with the geometric angel. For the last few weeks, I have been looking at all sorts of shops to get my nipples pierced and trying to work up to it. Went in for a tattoo, looking for more work done on ny sleeve. Lucus gave me a great session and went with it. He worked with me on it too which was great, because im indecisive as all get out, but we both chose something that looked cool. Longest session I've ever had (like 8 hours) but he made it easy to just sit there and read as he plugged away at my arm, super comfortable. He does great linework and shading and made my arm pop! She insisted on not marking, saying that it didn't need to be marked and now it's incredibly crooked and uneven. I've had my tongue pierced before so I wondered if it was what she had to do to get around the first piercing but the old scar is far below it so I don't think that's it. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and am debating just taking it out. Dunno if she was just having a really bad day cuz the front desk lady was very sweet and had a good vibe, but this piercer, who's name I unfortunately do not remember, she was not it. This is your sign to go to a different piercing shop for any piercings other than basic ear ones.

The crazy thing is, due to me already having backup piercing jewelry for my specific look once my lip heals, getting a Monroe piercing was actually extremely important to me, and I would have let my anxiety ruin that if he wasn't so helpful in general! On another note: I have read some of the other reviews on Goolgle Reviews and here on Yelp and some people are not so kind. Piercing and tattoos need to be taken care of by the people getting pierced and tattooed. You sign a waiver saying you understand this. Sometimes people's bodies reject ink or piercings and don't heal properly. Before you start blaming others for your lack of care and cleanliness you should really take care of what you just did to your body per the instructions.
