Got a nail infection. Nail started to turn green so that means they don't clean the tools they use. Expensive for the work they do! I paid $80 for a fill and a flower (small and super simple) and the infection on my nail! I wouldn't recommend this place. They are rude and loud and always talking in their language making it super uncomfortable, especially when they're looking at you. I would not give one star to this place. read more

They are absolutely racist. I don't know if their mannerism changed after what's going on in South Carolina, but they are absolutely don't want to service Black people I wasn't greeted when I came in. Every white person was greeted offered drinks. I was supposed to get my nails done but did not ,they had me sit down and I get up and the guy that was next to me doing someone else's pedicure spoke Vietnamese about me and watched me and looked at me the whole time instead of watching his client I didn't get it. I recently had a gel mani/pedi. I was cut terribly on my toe and it took several minutes for the technician to stop the bleeding. The pedi itself was ok. But the mani....within one week the base of the nails started lifting. Every time I try to do my hair, strands snag underneath each area that's lifting. If I can't get more than 5 days out of a manicure it's not worth it. They had sent me a review via text and I explained I wasn't happy. They said they'd contact me regarding this but I'm still waiting to hear back. read more

I really hope I don't get an infection. I came in to get a quick builder gel fill. The lady immediately started drilling my nail with a metal nail bit. No exaggeration within 2-3 minutes she had filed all 10 nails. She then applied the gel and begins shaping. She filed so hard and aggressive. I mentioned it hurt and she continued. Left with 3 open wounds on 3 fingers. Completely ruined my natural nails because she was in some sort of rush. They then wanted to offer me 5 dollars off! I usually dont leave reviews but the last few times I have been here have not been that great. Not sure what the mans name is but he is short and SUPER ROUGH. He cut the sides of my skin with drill 3 times. Stabs his nails into your nail. I went again about a month ago and this lady who did my toes was rushing where she forgot to do the hot rocks. She gave me $5 off but again that specific package is not cheap for poor service. I went again today and the nail tech today BARELY did the hot rocks on my feet (I do believe they were too hot for her hands) but I just felt her long nails scratching my legs. Also rushed through the service. Its really unfortunate because they do a good job when painting nails but as far as the services go I believe the employees need more training. read more

This review is ONLY for a REGULAR manicure. I had a total of 4 regular manicures, by 4 different people. It has been 3 weeks since my last manicure. My nails are now thin, brittle, and peeling. Between the 3rd and 4th visits, one nail broke. Within 24 hours after the 4th visit, the rest of the nails started breaking and peeling. As soon as my nails get past the quick, they chip and peel off. I am constantly filing off "snags". One nail was not affected so I know how much growth there should be. read more

I've gone here a couple of times because I never want to give a bad review after just one visit. The place is clean and they give you a beverage so that's why the one star. I tried several times to communicate with the lady doing my pedicure that I would like two coats of polish because the one coat didn't cover my toes very well. She put two coats of clear on my toes, not the color. I tried to explain that my toes didn't look good with one coat and pointed out how you could see through to my toenail and she either didn't understand or pretended not to understand. The only reason I said pretended is because I was supposed to get my nails done as well and decided not to because my toes looked so bad and she understood me then. She also checked me out and understood how to charge me and take my credit card just fine. It's too much money to walk out after paying so much and have to go somewhere else to fix my pedicure and pay again! I will not be going back and it's sad because I wanted to really like a place that was close to my house. read more

Last time I was here a nail tech by the name of Amy (Aimee, Amie, Emee, however they spell it) did my nails and she was rude, rushing, and snotty (she sat at station Number 4). Yesterday when I was there (12-17-22) the guy at Station Number 8 (all the way in the back, older male) did my nails and he was rude and rough and rushing. My cuticles were cut several times (as circled in the photos posted) and he flooded my nail bed with both acrylic (which he kept trying to file down with the Dremel and kept cutting me even after I told him to be gentle and to slow down!) and he flooded my nail bed with gel polish. He also wasn't allowing the coats to cure long enough in between each application, and the coats weren't evenly applied to begin with. Why do these people rush so much!? Do they not understand that QUALITY OVER QUANTITY MATTERS!? Start speaking up ladies if they're not doing shit properly! WE are paying their bills, you know. read more

i got a full set and he cut my finger 3 times with the drill and cut my knuckle with the the drill too, my nails are super thick and there's dried acrylic powder on my fingers.I got a french tip with square nails and it looks horrible i honest could have done a better job than the guy that did it and the nails weren't even square nails they looked like the duck nails i hate my nails. read more

This place has been my go to for a long time. I'm a fan of their gel pedicures. There's been a recent price hike, which makes me sad, but they do have new massage chairs and I always get a great pedicure. The quality is great. The staff are nice. 4 stars just cause it's a bit pricey now and sometimes it can be a long wait. I do know that they put up with a lot of different personalities. This is the second time I brought my elderly mother in law in for a pedicure. Both time we left unhappy. I kept telling the lady the nails needs to be shorter and thinner finally I gave up. Hands down (pun intended) the worst "deluxe" manicure experience. My manicure included a spa-like treatment. The clay mask was lightly applied to my forearms and was applied to my hands. Both were left on for no more than 5 min and then wiped off. I didn't get the massage (I received a 10 second hand wipe idk). Cuticles weren't pushed back and the polish application was the absolute worst. I chose a neutral color. The application didn't cover my nail and she left the top part free from any polish (so they looked like they'd grown own). I brought it to her attention. Multiple air bubbles and some nails had orange glitter which was probably in the polish from a prior clients mani. Rather than remove the polish and begin again, she applied thicker application to hide the mistakes. To hurry the drying process, she waved the laminated price list back and forth over my hands. I've been going here for about six months and they're great at pedicures but when they do my nails, I leave in pain. I've been cut several times by the nail file and my finger tips become very dry and crack a few days after. They're friendly and well priced but I can't stand the pain anymore. Got here at 4 waited 40 mins to be put in chair for pedicure ( I was told 30 mins) then I had my feet in water for another 50 mins waiting for someone to start my pedicure ( yes I asked several times how much longer ) finally I asked for towel to dry my feet so I can leave! Never had a bad experience till today I'm so upset spent $85 had a mani and pedi to treat myself but also for a event coming up . I ended up not liking them the lines where different widths and the base was supposed to be pink not clear I showed the man a picture he was so nice and felt bad for going back but a guy told me to pay $20 MORE on top of what I paid yesterday so a total of $45 for toes with gel and $20 total of $65. I should've been either refunded my money or just been given a new set of gel polish without the massage which is fine! Never going back again the guy was so rude and didn't care.
