I have to review this and say my experienced. I asked for coffin nails and they gave me full square ones ugly not fully painted. I kept telling the guy that I needed them to be skinnier from the top and he kept telling me that that's how coffin are. My daughter's nails are already off and Its just been a day . they talk bad about their clients and they rolled eyes. I was sitting next to a girl that didn't know what color to get, and the girl that was doing her nails kept rolling her eyes every time she up to make sure the color was right . very bad customer service and the floor. I have to post this review because of my terrible experience. I brought my 11 yo daughter in for a mani pedi on her birthday. Was quoted the price for services and when another mom and her daughter came in and was quoted a lower price and I asked why, the nail tech Vicky, said she was a little girl. I proceeded to say my daughter is 11 so what's the price? She then asked for an "ID" which of course I did not have. She finally said okay but then spoke directly to my daughter that next time bring her student ID. Mind you no other child was asked of this. She then cuts my daughter cuticle, and coughs several times without covering her mouth. She seemed sick. Never got an apology for their misunderstanding for them misquoting a child for adult pricing. Oh man, I'm going to be very honest so brace yourself. Pedicures: they're basic, not the worst and not the best. There is a man in mid 30s with the sides of his head shaved and longer hair on top. Doesn't talk, seems generally unhappy. STAY AWAY FROM THAT MAN. He put some blue gel substance on my gel polish to remove it and got some on my skin and it's some type of acid. The skin on my toe came off and the burning was unreal. I didn't see anyone else use this product and I was watching after he hurt me. He is rough and not good at pedicures. He doesn't remove dead skin, doesn't polish the whole nail and is faster than the flash in the worst way. I've been sat with him 3x and it's always the same. I'm calling it quits after he burned me. Acrylic nails: NOOOO JUST NOOOO! I've had 4 different people, 2 men and 2 females and they all suck. I don't use the word "suck" lightly. These people are the WORST. None of the 3 know how to shape nails. The last time I came in I pre-shaped my nails myself at home and she STILL disrespected my nail beds by adding an ungodly amount of acrylic and 10000 layers of gel. I had to ask her to fix them and she literally shook her head no until I told her I could shape them myself if she needed me to. She reluctantly fixed them and hurt me in the process. That's when I decided to write this review. Nail art: Heck to the NO! None of the people who have done my nails here have ever done what I asked. I always start by asking "can you do this" with a reference pic and they have all said yes. I clarify and say "can you do it just like this?" And they say "yes" which is a total LIE. I'm attaching pictures of the work done here. I realized after my second set turned out ugly that I needed to document how awful these people are so the general public will stay away. The owner refused to let me have the person I requested for, or anyone else. she hurt me yet she showed physical anger on her face. The side of my thumb is raw.... She didnt handle situation well. I always go here for pedicures and figured I'd trying getting a manicure! The guy that doesn't really talk or speak English messed my nails up so bad and made my cuticles bleed and continued to file them after I mentioned it. He would ignore what I asked for and tell me no this beautiful. I just wanted my nails a baby blue for my shower and instead left in tears because my nails were awful after making him just do white instead, and my cuticles all cut up and even my fingers are raw from him filing and even filing my skin. Horrible experience the two times I have gone in here. The first time I needed a fill and a guy made my nails so narrow they looked silly, the owner offered to fix them so they were alright however the inconvenience on having to sit for another hour was annoying. I just gave them a second try because I had limited time and was on this side of town. The owner did a fresh set and they seemed fine at first, when I walked out and fully looked at them, they were awful. One hand is shorter than they other, the polish is over my cuticles, there's polish and acrylic on my fingertips. I went in to ask for a refund because I do not have time for them to fix it again. She offered to fix and if I wanted a refund she'd have to remove everything. I would've gladly sat for her to remove them because they look awful I just didn't have time. She got defensive and rude. I got here. I was sat and had my feet soaking. My pedicurist left to get my gel color. Someone came in and she sat her down and started fixing her broken nail. Two people were sat after me and their pedicure started with other pedicurista. My friend's pedicure started and 10 minute later The pedicurist came back to get started. I was upset but just told her I changed my mind. She literally was going to try to do the other woman's nails and do my pedicure at the same time, that is not sanitary. I walked in and was started at for a few minutes by all the workers in the back of the room. Eventually one asked if they could help me. I just wanted a gel polish, no manicure. I sat in the chair for 45 minutes while they painted my nails 2 at a time then put it under the uv lamp. The nail station was covered in dust and debris. Each tool brought out was in a nasty looking container which they put right back in after using it on me. If any polish got on my skin the man used his nasty long thumb nails to scrape it off. He filed my skin down after the gel was applied then doused me in oil and told me to wash my hands. This service cost me $33! read more

She was bleeding and they saw the blood and continued to do her acrylic and they did not care. She has dried blood in her acrylic nail and they still did NOT care. They kept going. I Highly DO NOT recommend to anyone. I showed a very specific picture of what I wanted and i did not receive that. The lengths on my hands are different on every finger. Hello, just to premise I am not at all someone that seeks to ruin someone's reputation or embellish details to prove my point, that being said I had the worst pedicure/manicure I have EVER had in my life. I went to Bebe and made an appointment as it would be quick/easy, I was leaving for out of state the next day. My gel fingernails were okay but they had some bubble and he was really hard on my cuticles. They also do the gel at the pedicure station while they are performing the pedicure which was weird, two different people do the manicure/pedicure. The water on the manicure bowls and pedicure basin was cold/lukewarm. The worst part was that the girl doing the pedicure cut my big toe so bad it bled for a long time, they put some weird blue stuff on it and several workers kept coming over and looking at it while speaking another language. The polish and the job she did was okay except she bumped it at the end and instead of fixing it properly she just put a coat over the smudge which made it look bumpy/indented. I went home and redid the paint. Then I was charged full price with no apology what so ever about the mistakes. I am a hairdresser and went to Bebe because of time purposes and have had many pedicures at lots of different salons and this was the worst. Hoping this review is taken as constructive and that they make serious changes. The people here are nice and my friend comes here all the time to get gel polish and loves coming here. Her nails always look so good so I thought I'd give this place a try. They charge $30 for gel nail polish, which isn't a bad price, but it was a TERRIBLE price for the job they did on my nails. I wish I didn't leave a tip because I feel like I wasted my money. I came in with a picture of what I wanted (black with gold glitter on top), and the man doing my nails didn't know how to do it. He asked his woman coworker to paint them for me and she did the WORST job I've ever seen. The glitter is uneven and the nail polish doesn't even go all the way down. I forgot why I don't go in here anymore, it's been two years since I got my nails done and went here again forgetting about the terrible experience from the first time. This time for sure I will not be coming back. The tools are disgusting, probably not clean or sanitized. There was a cut on my finger from the guy trying to give me a manicure. Didn't even get a new towel, used the oil tools sitting in the drawers. I mean it's contaminated with my blood now, I did not see him go put it away, he clipped my skin and put the tool back in the drawer with my blood. Horrible! Didn't clean under my nails, did not ask if I wanted my nails cut shorter. 20$ just to paint my nails and give me a cut on my cuticle. My gel manicure came out poorly & I'm even more disappointed because I only got my nails done because I have engagement pictures :( you can see the nail polish strokes, the gel didn't reach across the whole nail so it's uneven & on top of that the cuticles weren't cut back all the way so the polish made a "lip" on almost every nail. What a total bummer! In addition, the chairs are stained & dirty (gross!) & the guy was pretty rough with my hands, not relaxing whatsoever. I will never return. I went to Bebe on Saturday for a mani and pedi and 2 days later I'm still fuming. After waiting AN HOUR I was finally started on. The prices were too high to start with but I paid for a more expensive pedicure. They were so busy and in such a hurry I didn't get my scrub (something I realized only after I left, I thought it seemed too short but couldn't place a finger on it...). The "massage" was fast and weak, doing the bare minimum to just get the lotion rubbed in. There was no real massage to my muscles, no attention to rubbing my feet, and the man overall seemed bored and unconcerned with giving me a proper pedicure. When we moved onto my manicure it was also very brief. They did a good job shaping my nails and cleaning up my cuticles but painted them so rapidly that they didn't get the whole nail. There's a gap on all of my nails near the cuticle so it appears that my nails have already grown out a week. Overall, the whole mani and pedi took only 30 minutes, not something that is worth an hour's wait and then $36 plus tip. The place was nice and clean but was VERY busy and it seems that they staff gets stressed out when busy because everyone I encountered was pretty rude, especially my technician. read more

I went in asking for an ombré.. didn't turn out the way I wanted, I even showed the man a reference picture of how I wanted them and it wasn't at all how the picture was. I asked for the brown nail bed color but he didn't blend the white down with the nude color, and my nails are see threw where you can see where my natural nail is. He said it didn't look good because he I didn't choose the pink nail bed color... I told him the color wasn't my issue it was that it was see threw and wasn't blended. They wanted me to pay $57! I refused and paid $47. Beware: unsanitary manicurist's fingernail conditions. The atmosphere in this salon is open and inviting. The staff is friendly. However, on my most recent visit in June, I noticed uncleanliness from one of the staff members for the first time. His name is Kevin. I requested a gel manicure. While the first half of the manicure was pleasant, the second half was not. Kevin would use his own fingernails to scrap the edges of my manicured nails to remove the excess nail polish. Aside from the lack of gloves on Kevin's hands, underneath his nails was another story. I could visually notice the layer of dirt and grime accumulating underneath his fingernails. The first time he used his long fingernails to remove the excess nail polish, I politely asked him not to use his fingernails. He continued to do so throughout the manicure. It repulsed me. I asked two more times until he listened and stopped using his unclean and uncut fingernails. I typically request a young woman named Nicole who is wonderful. She takes her time; demonstrates gentleness when manicuring my nails and does not have any dirt, grime, or filth underneath her nails. I requested Nicole during my most recent visit but the wait for her talents was an hour. Unfortunately, I could not wait that long. I typically tip my manicurists well but after Kevin repeatedly used his filthy nails underneath my own clean nails, I tipped poorly to reflect the unsanitary service I received. Before I paid, I made certain to speak to the manager and inform her of Kevin's unsanitary nails. I won't be returning to Bebe Nails to find out if Kevin received my complaint. read more
