She was skilled, patient, friendly. I also had an underarm wax done by a very quiet young woman who never said her name. It was so quick that I expected she hadn't done a thorough job. WRONG. She also did a good job. I spoke with the only man in the salon - I think I read in the reviews that a man is the owner of Signature, so assumed (right or wrong) he was the owner. He was very welcoming. There is no doubt that I have found my place. I will return. An aside - they are not cheap. Not expensive, but definitely not cheap like you can find in LA. However, I did gel on both my fingernails and toenails. I was going out of town and needed to pack the day of my appointment, so opted for gel on my toes too. IYKYK.

As far as vibes - super busy like I said - people come and talk to each other while they get services - not what I like to do personally but there's lots of that.
