    Being in severe pain I came to the dentist office close by my house. I do have a forever hate for…read morethe dentist chair. This was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had. My dental assistant was Tarry. He was so calming, very understanding and helpful by talking with me the whole time. He understood my fear told me 9/10 people feel the same way when they come to the dentist was I wasn't alone. I have dental insurance that will kick in March 1, but of course needed care immediately so I had to pay out of pocket. They were the least expensive and even waived fees for me so I could have this infected tooth pulled that day. I did read the other reviews on the day of and was in the waiting scared I made a mistake. But I can say I don't regret coming here. Maybe it was the dentist being gentle and kind, I know it was the tech as well. I'd say have your own experience and if it's good tell someone, if it's not..... you know we Yelp!

We talk about giving Black owned businesses a chance but this has been one of the most horrible experiences I've had in Prince George's county! Stay far away from this dental office! The worst!

In fact, I was told that my teeth were in perfect health and it was a perfect exam the likes which no one has seen before. For real the service is good here. A big thing for me is that I have never had an issue of being charged incorrectly on my insurance. Plenty of times there seems to be a problem with insurance and what is covered but they get it right at Audubon. I do appreciate that they go over what is covered and it provides me with edification of what I have as being covered. They also do not try to upsell you on unnecessary procedures because it is "recommended". Overall, it is a good place if you are just looking for cleaning and the routine twice a year exam. I cannot speak about anything like tooth removal or any other dental procedures. Actually, I am glad that I do not have experience avoiding getting in those situations.

Sadly, my experience has gone downhill so badly that I can no longer stay quiet. I have been in pain since July. After an extraction and multiple return visits, Audubon kept doing x-rays, finding nothing, and billing me--while I continued to report pain. It took months before I was finally sent to a specialist, who instantly found the problem: a cracked tooth. Something Audubon's dentists should have caught much earlier. Things got worse when my dentist was on vacation. I was in severe pain, and I was told another dentist in the office would help. Instead, that dentist refused to treat me and told the office manager to just schedule me with my regular dentist--two weeks later! Imagine being told to "just wait" when you can't eat on either side of your mouth and have already been suffering for months. Thankfully, I found another dentist on my own. They saw me the very next day, diagnosed the problem correctly, and scheduled me for treatment this week. That's how dental care is supposed to work. To be fair, the office manager Julie was kind and tried to help, but she had no support from the dentists. The failure is with the dentists and with Audubon's system of care. Bottom line: I can no longer trust this practice. The negligence, lack of compassion, and repeated dismissal of my pain is unacceptable. If you value timely and competent care, look elsewhere. A shame because I know they can do better!

    In the beginning, all Staff was friendly, patient & compassionate…read more During treatments, I noticed that Dr. Nuri had become impatient with me and rude to me. Also, I wasn't satisfied with the fittings because they were cutting into my gums. Before ensuring that they properly fit, each time he would tell me to "give it a week" and come back... however I didn't realize that each time you return, it's considered a realignment or readjusting appointment. After a few of these appointments, the patient is responsible for the cost of the visit. I ended up not having to pay for these appointments, but it wouldn't have been fair to me if I had done so. After all, if I'm here for realignment or adjustment, just fix it the 1st time. I didn't like my temps and was assured that the permanents wouldn't look like the temps, but they did. The permanents fit and looked worse than the temps. The permanents looked nothing like we had discussed previously. I noticed over time how rushed, rude and impatient with me that Dr. Nuri had become. Finally he asked me did I want him to give me a refund because I said that my permanents didn't feel like the permanents that I had come to the appointment with. The permanents that were returned to me after realignment due to the cutting into my gums, they were hard in my mouth and had no suction. They were like my temps so I said "ok", but he changed his mind and asked me to try the realigned ones for a week. I did so... but when I returned and said that I was still unhappy because of the digging into my gums and because the appearance wasn't what I asked for. At that point, he said "well I'm just going to give you a refund" and walked out of the treatment room. He instructed the assistant, i believe her name is Shonte', he instructed her to refund my money. Once she began to work on it, due to my insurance, I was asked to wait until Monday and contact the office to speak to the Office Mgr. Which I did. The Office Manager quickly reached out to me the following week stating that the refund had been returned to the insurance company. I have been so depressed because I have gone 2 months without teeth. Previously, Dr. Nuri also stated that I had signed the papers, as if to say "I have your signature now so whatever". Problem is... I read EVERYTHING and suggest that other patients do the same and NEVER sign until you have both received the permanents and are satisfied with the way those permanents fit. I will NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone. I despise how Dr. Nuri treated me, and I did not like how he rushed EVERY appointment that I had. He would also walk out of the treatment rooms without saying that the appointment was over, thereby not thanking me nor did saying goodbye. I never knew when the appointment was over until he left out and didn't return but one of the assistants would appear and then I knew that the appointment was over. I gave this establishment a two only because I felt like my concerns were addressed in the beginning of treatments and because other Staff who worked at the front desk during my treatment period beginning January 2024, were friendly, compassionate and professional. Also the establishment was always clean. I am very displeased with my services from the Clinton establishment and to date, i remain dentureless

    got to the office @ 7:55 .. was greeted with not a hello or good morning .. but with an attitude…read morethat the office didn't open until 8:00 .. i said to her i could go and wait in my car for the 2minutes remaining .. well you're here now .. might as well come in .. i did .. was asked if i wanted to fill out the paperwork .. if thats protocol i said .. anyway long story short they wanted an astronomical amount for a set of dentures .. wasn't gonna pay that for dentures with attitude .. if thats how a potential customer is treated .. i say no thank you!!!
