Scheduled me for an appointment for today. Sent me text about being on time. Got there only to find that they are closed. Signs on the door stated that they should be open. Waited 30 min but no one came. Looked online.... they changed their hours to being closed on the weekend. I always have problems with this place. Always something new. This was my first time here and I will say I'm far from disappointed. I had a root canal on Tuesday and I didn't have any pain at all during the procedure or after the numbness went away. The dentist made sure to ask how I felt throughout the procedure and kept me updated on what he was doing. The staff is amazing, respectful and kind. Definitely would recommend them cause most other offices aren't seeing adult regardless of it being an emergency. read more

I learned about this establishment by simply driving by it. My current Dentist (of more than a decade) retired the 1st of this month; that left me stressed out & nervous about trying to find another provider. What really caught my attention about Healthy Dental was the sign on the window that read, "Walk-ins Welcomed!" So, that's exactly what I did! The decor was very nice, modern. The office was neat, clean and organized. The waiting room was designed with an open concept, plenty of natural light and a designated 'play area' for the children. The office was also scented with a subtle hint of calming aromatherapy. I Loved it! The staff are pleasant, and professional. The technology used was the most modern I'd ever seen; considering my former Dentist had been practicing the last 48 years, with office furniture that fit nicely on the set of the Brady Bunch, not to mention the Norman Rockwell paintings, but I digress. *This is not a criticism, simply an observation. Every exam room at Healthy Dental has it's own flat-screen TV (a sweet distraction!) At the time of this review, there are two Dr.s running this office: Dr. Aftab & Dr. Assetta. Once you get past their collective youthful appearances, and realize they are in fact the Dr.'s and not interns; your experience will only get BETTER from there. They both have a very gentle, easy going way of working with patients. They are customer focused, knowledgeable and engaging. These were just a few of the attributes I wanted someone who is skilled at using power tools in my mouth to have! I've only been a patient of this practice for 6 days now, and I am genuinely pleased with the service I've received. I called due to an dental emergency. I was able to be seen the following day. My appointment was at 10am, and I did not get called back until 1045. Once again I am in for a dental emergency. The dentist Dr. Lee, started off professional then appeared to become impatient and what it seemed like was a rushing manner. He kept making sure I was aware that "he normally doesn't extract on the same day of visits." As I was informing him I wasn't all the way numb before procedure, he replied with, "didn't you get a root canal?" --- as if that justifies for the pain I was currently in. Directly after the tooth extraction, I received no stitches (left with an open wound), no pain meds and was sent on my way with a "now let's practice good hygiene and this won't happen." You walk into hospitals and dentists, putting your trust into the professionals at your most vulnerable moments, not to leave feeling like you were a burden and to not properly be medically taken care of. My mother had a set appointment for 11am on 02/08/2021 which was pushed back her transport was arranged by her insurance and had to be re arranged she got there on time for the new appointment set for 5pm and had to wait well after the appointed time to see the doctor thats where the nightmare began the application for the round trip recall was not working it was -3 outside and the staff looked at my mother in her early 70's and put her out in the cold where we met her shivering, that is the level of service you can expect from healthy dental. read more

This is the most sloppiest rushed dental experience I have ever had. The female dentist just rushed through the whole check up. I guess I will have to go back to Essence Dental. She didn't floss or clean my teeth properly at all. I won't be back. First time I left a dental office with my mouth feeling dirty. When I told the dentist I was unhappy and I felt my cleaning was rushed she didn't apologize, offer to do my cleaning again, nothing. She came back with a paper and instructed me to stop by the front desk and schedule my next appointment, I think not.First and last time coming to this office. read more

I got my root canal done here in January 2020 and it was was a decent experience but started to have severe pain in my jaw and had a headache all while my crown came off in June. I scheduled a appointment to see my regular dentist but she was not available. I saw someone else after doing an X-ray and me explaining the severe pain I was in for the dentist to just put the fall crown back on and say it will be fine. DONT NOT GET ANY TREATMENT DONE HERE!!! I have since spent more money on another root canal. read more

I HIGHLY recommend Healthy Dental!! My daughters have been going here for a couple years and the care has always been excellent! The staff here is very skilled, gentle and overall EXTREMELY pleasant to deal with. I had the worst toothache I've ever had for a good little while, so I finally called this morning to see what they could do for me. They explained my insurance to me very well, it's quite limited but they were willing to work with me. I was in and out in less than two hours ( this includes all my xrays and a very gentle tooth extraction.) The Dentists are great here as well as the dental hygienists, assistants and the front desk staff. It's about 8 hours after my extraction and I'm not really in too much pain, the dentist was so great as well as he assistant. We plan to continue to come here for all our dental care for years to come! They also have a great plan area that is always clean and well maintained as as the entire dental practice! Do yourself a favor and choose Healthy Dental for your dental care! I want to make sure I express how wonderful the front desk staff is, they really made me feel much better just over the phone and continued their kindness and professionalism throughout my visit today, as they always do each time I bring my daughters here. read more

Wow, for my first time here the place is awesome. When entering the waiting room everything is clean and in its place. Very open and ample place it even has an area for the lil ones to entertain themselves as well. The wait didn't take long nor did the appt. I was in and out within the hour. Once called back I extremely LOVE the fact that the rooms are private and not in an open space so all can hear and see what's happening during your visit. The staff are extremely nice and pleasant. Once in room all procedures are done there including the xrays, this is so wonderful and high tech. You even have your own private TV. You can definitely tell a lot of thoughts and ideas was put into making this office the perfect establishment it is. Everything is discuss with you prior to anything happening. Dr. Nandyala is very informative and gentle. I am glad I came here and it would definitely be my primary dental office. read more

My overall experience was better than expected. Back in fall of 2015, I had minor molar pain. Tried Healthy Dental for first time because they were near my work & home. X-rays showed infection below gum line. Dr. Nadimpalli advised extracting my molar. I declined and considered getting a second opinion. While looking for another dentist, my molar pain worsened. Also, I researched online info on my condition. I discovered I had an abscessed molar which could be extracted, or root canaled. I decided to return to Healthy Dental. I asked Dr. N to explain why he advised extraction vs. a root canal. I was satisfied with his reply. The extraction was not extremely painful. It was quicker than I thought. He showed me my extracted tooth and pointed out the origins of the infection. I would highly recommend them. Plus, their office & equipment looked clean & new (I am turned off by dirty dental offices). No problem with my insurance plan. They seem to accept every plan. Or, try to work out payment issues with you. I would suggest you ask plenty of questions about your dental situation, because they don't offer specifics unless you ask. read more
