My appointment was scheduled for 4 pm and didn't know they closed at 430. The receptionist began this experience without a greeting just saying "Her name?". Followed by "Your visit will be 100$". I could tell. she was disturbed about my appointment time but they shouldn't have scheduled it. The hygienist was equally dismissive not attending to anything during her visit. In my previous experiences here the hygienist did the cleaning, not this time. My daughter is 13 and on the autism spectrum so I know can be overprotective of her but she wouldn't let me be in the X-ray area which I can understand but in my previous visits they have let me stand a safe distance back so my daughter could see me. Then comes the dentist which truly disappointed me. He had my 13 year old sit through a 15-20 examination with no water. He didn't turn the water pick on at all and gave my daughter a cup with an 1/2 ounce of water to rinse after the exam and cleaning. The hygienist applied the "vitamins " to her very quickly with no apparent care or precision I couldn't believe it. The only time I'll be going back is to get the records and X-rays for my 3 kids. I'm disappointed because I did a lot of research to find a good dentist only to be let down. DONT OFFER 4pm APPOINTMENTS IF YOU CAN GIVE THE SAME LEVEL OF SERVICE AS GIVEN TO A 12pm

Their marketing director, Brianna she is an absolute NIGHTMARE to work with, gaslighting me the entire time and being over bearing, PETTY AND narcissistic on everything their retail manger Chris tried to do to support the sale and product placement. Hands down one of the worst marketing departments I've ever dealt with in 25 years that I've been in business in marketing. Her personal ego is more important than servicing the vendors and actually marketing the products they sell. I should have known something was up by the high turnover rate of employees because that is a big sign that a company does not have high morale. As a small business, they did not pay for the product after three weeks of waiting for the invoice to be paid and I think that's probably the most discouraging part of the process. I don't feel like they respected my business enough to pay for the product in a timely manner, and I also believe that this was partly due to Brianna's treatment of my brand in particular. Ultimately, they went in my mind on the surface from being one of the best to one of the worst dispensaries I've ever had to encounter in the time I've been in business with them. She (Brianna) even went so far today to write me an email telling me she took my product off the shelf. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the process. The procedure itself took about 15 minutes, not counting the additional time needed to let the numbing cream kick in. As she started the procedure, we realized that more numbing cream was needed, so that was another 10 to 15 minutes tacked on to the time. Unfortunately, the procedure was not as painless as was initially described, but it's not prohibitively uncomfortable. Dr. Kim checked in with me throughout the process and if I needed a break, she would take a pause and give me one. After the procedure, Dr. Kim gave me some wound care instructions as well as some ointment to put on the site as it healed. I'm happy to report that there was no pain or discomfort after the procedure. Procedure side, I love the energy of this place. There's all kinds of holistic, homeopathic, and ayurvedic materials in here including incense, tea, crystals, candles, sage bundles, palo santo, and all sorts of sprays and tonics to help purify your home or your environment. There are even gift sets for all the holistic homegirls in your life. They also sell accessories including ankle bracelets and custom waist beads imported from Ghana. Every single one of the staff members I've met has been absolutely wonderful. Warm, and friendly, and welcoming. He literally was done in 10 minutes. Who does a 10-minute teeth cleaning/exam? I have never heard of such. That makes no sense and there is no way that can be a thorough job at all. There were no x-rays, nothing, just a rushed job. It definitely was not a thorough exam. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
