I told them, and they set me up for an appointment within 30 minutes. I was stoked! I had never gotten my eye brows tinted, and Kayla was SO awesome. She explained the whole process to me, and even let me know what she was doing step by step. She made me feel so comfortable, and I love my eyebrows! She tinted them and waxed them. She has a really gentle touch with waxing. We scheduled our next appointment and I can't wait. Sherri washed my feet to start and I think this was a perfect way to start the experience! The entire massage was excellent! All the right oils and touches. I had one nail that had bent back and was super painful. The nail technician noticed it immediately and was very careful when grinding the nail to not hurt me. The environment is very spa-like and tranquil. They have lots of massage chairs for pedicures-I didn't get to enjoy one this visit, but I'll be back in the future to enjoy them.

After the wife finished the person next to me she then begins my nails as I'm in the chair, nice this should be quick. In between she's on the phone because she sent her younger employees to pick something up then letting them know it's the wrong thing when they get back, just a conversation meant elsewhere not in this small corner you put us in. Then she takes over for the gentleman on my toes and just is maning my feet around. Proceeds to offer me an empty bath and body works lotion for my hands, that I rub myself. Eventually we finish up, the nails don't look awful. $92.00 for both, so it is a little more expensive especially for the treatment. Offers me a flyer for 20% off next time, even though this time was my first time. Would I recommend no, if you're in a pinch sure! Oh the chairs for the nails are like bar chairs, I didn't have to sit in those since mine were done with my pedicure. Cool looking, hence the name but I couldn't imagine sitting in a chair like that for long especially for acrylics.

Everything was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Worse service I ever had. I wasted an hour there, and I left with ruined hands to try to fix at home. Please don't waste you time and money.
