On arrival I was promtly greeted by Janna. She's very sweet and took the time to really understand my lash-goals and overall objective for this appointment. This is such an important step and so many techs overlook it. Truly appreciated! The studio is clean, sleek, calm and inviting. The lounger was well padded and comfortable, room temperature was nice and cool (it was a pretty warm afternoon outside). They told us they put us on the books for 4pm. We arrived at 4 and were seated right away all next to each other. We all got different pedicures and every one of us had a GREAT experience! We about 10 minutes into the service we got a menu for complimentary drinks. The drink options were mocktails, sodas, water, and mixed drinks with champagne. I personally got a mocktail called the sunrise Morrison which was DELICIOUS! My mom and daughter upgraded to the mint lemon pedicure which includes lots of upgrades, they pour milk on the legs to nourish, do callus removal, a mint sugar scrub on the legs, lemons squeezed on the feet and legs, and cucumbers. Helen was my pedicurist, she was nice quick and payed attention to detail, Queen did my daughter pedicure and was so sweet and thorough.
